WORTH IT
I had my initial breast augmentation in January 2015 and got 375cc Sientra high profile silicone implants in both breasts. I had developed symmastia pretty early on due to my original surgeon over-dissecting my breast pockets.
I decided to do my revision with Dr. Maggi. We decided to completely swap out the implants to Natrelle Inspira style SRF 385cc silicone implants. There isn't much of a size difference but the dimensions are slightly larger and the implant overall is softer. We also went for a symmastia correction with internal bra.
The surgery itself took about 4 hours because it's a very complicated surgery. The healing process was more painful than my first breast augmentation, but this is normal because I have internal sutures.
Wearing a thong bra for two months is not ideal and it's hard to find clothes to cover it completely, but well worth getting my symmastia repaired and the results are perfect!

Glad to hear your revision went well and that you didn't have to lose any breast implant volume. It sounds like the longer and painful recovery was worth it in the end. ;) When was your exact surgery date? Feel free to share any pictures. Congratulations and thank you for sharing!
