I've always been the smallest busted of anyone I know, sisters and friends included. I have always been fine with my small, athletic, perky breasts, until after I finished breast feeding my second child. This time, I lost breast tissue and ended up smaller than I ever was before. Luckily, I have several friends that have breast augmentations, and Dr. Goreman was the one that came with the highest recommendations. He and his staff, especially Margaret were so caring and professional. I wanted my breasts to be natural but voluptuous for my size. My biggest concern was looking fake, but with Dr. Goreman, that is not going to happen. I am a modest person. I didn't want anyone to know. I chose the lowest profile implants, but big compared to what I was. Since I always wore a Victoria's Secret Bombshell bra (adds 2 cup sizes), it isn't as obvious with clothes on. Without clothes on, I am a hot and sexy voluptuous woman. Ladies, Dr. Goreman has been doing this a long time. I got my boobs 9 days ago. The day of surgery, I needed pain pills, and only the day after. After that, there was no pain. That is not me, that is a good surgeon. I'll post photos of the day before surgery, the day after, and today to this review. Don't walk, RUN to get him before he retires. He's been doing breast augmentations for over 35 years. Get him while you can.

Don't walk, RUN for your last chance to get Dr. Goreman. Over 34 years of experience is not easy to find, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
