I have wanted boobs since all my life. It never happened for me. I did gain some volume while breastfeeding but only enough to be a full B. I wore a C bra but it had tons of space unless I was completely engorged!
My surgery is scheduled for JAN 31. In exactly 2 weeks I will have boobs!
I'm having so much trouble deciding on CC's. I want a very natural look. I want to Beable to look small when I want yet still have enough to show off when I want as well. I would rather have smaller boobs and wish I went a little bigger than have big boobs and wish I went smaller. I don't like to draw too much attention to myself. I just want to feel sexy in my own skin. I initially went into my consultation thinking 350-375cc of silicone. After trying on the sizers I might even go up to 450. I'm so scared of being too big, but also don't want to be too small. Real self has been awesome to look through but it also makes me realize every individual wears their implants differently. I think I will leave it up to the surgeon.

Before pics
It is exactly 2 weeks until my surgery date . I am getting so excited! I am still unsure about the size but I am sure I want to stay in the 375-450 range so I will trust my surgeons decisions since I have stressed what I want to look like. He knows better than me so I will just let go and hope for the best. I Just don't want to be too big. If I'm over a double D I will be sad. That's too big for me. I want a small D. Definitely want enough boob to have that nice dropped and fluffed look. I don't want my boobs to have 0 shadow in the crease. That is just too perky looking but I guess that all just depends on how the body heals. Here is a couple of before pics.

Hey girl, so excited for you! I'm getting my ba done in two weeks too and I can't wait :) what profile did you end up picking?

Hey! Well I think they said if I go over 400 then it will be HP and if I go under 400 it will be moderate plus. I have finally decided on 400/425. I'm asymmetrical so one will have to be bigger but the bigger boob of the 2 will have 400. So I'm guessing they'll do hp. I'm so ready now. I sent my doctor my wish pics so I'm sure it will turn out ok. My nerves have finally settled and I'm not worried it will turn out too big anymore. What are you going with?

400/425cc
I've finally decided I'm going to do 400cc. I am getting silicone cohesive gel. It's not the gummy bear but it's firmer than the classic silicone. Less likely to ripple. Anyways, I have asymmetry so I will have a bigger size on the smaller breast but ultimately it will look like a 400cc would look. I think that will make me happy and be the perfect size for me. I hope I don't have boob greed but if I do I'd rather play it safe than sorry. I would be much sadder if I went too big.
I'll pay my final payment today.
Now to just wait 13 more days.
So excited.

I hope you keep posting updates! My stats are similar to yours (same height/weight/breastfed/a cup) and I feel the same way about wanting a natural look but not too small. I'm nervous about picking a size. I bet the 400 will look great! Good luck!

Thank you! I will try to update a lot. I'm not really good at this kind of thing but realself has helped a lot so I would like to be helpful to others on this site as well! I think 400 will be good! I know a girl half my size who got 300 and she's breastfeeding on top of having implants and hers don't look big at all. So I'm not toooo worried anymore about coming out too big. I want them to be natural looking for sure.

I just got 435cc and they are way bigger than I thought they would be. I'm starting to get over the shock.

I totally understand! I thought I wanted 400cc, but my doctor at first recommended 325's, then after trying sizers I decided on 375. I told her I would like to be a full C/small D, but cup sizes are very subjective, depending on the manufacturer. I brought in many photos of the boobs I wanted - I have a celebrity who is about my age, size and is a perfect 34C. She's wearing a bra usually and doesn't show cleavage, so I guess it's a little harder to tell, and sometimes the camera and angle can make them look larger, then people speculate that she's had a boob job! I even had a video of her, but I didn't show that to my doctor. My doctor tried 385cc and 435cc on me and when I woke up I had the 435's. I'm still in shock of how big they are on top - even with all the reading about it, it was not what I was expecting. I feel like I overshot my goal, but I've been told that they will lose volume and the round top edge when the muscles calm down and the swelling goes away.
