30 Year Old Mom of Two, Can't Wait to Start This Journey 5ft5 108lbs - Austin, TX

Since my husband had to return to work I've been a little bummed. He was an amazing help and really made me feel comfortable resting and taking it easy. He got called back early so with my two and ten year olds it's been much harder to get enough r. And r. No regrets or second guessing yet. One thing I am a little concerned about it that my surgeon suggested using two different sizes,the day of surgery. She said she'd try the same size first and then adjust as needed. I didn't think my sizes were that different, but i trust her judgement. I ended up with 440 on one side and 410 on the other. I can't remember which. I just hope they look the same size or close to it.

Still feeling pretty good, mostly just tender from swelling. The meds make me sleepy, but thats about the worst of it. My husband has been amazing helping me with my medications and helping me shower etc. so excited to continue healing up.

Surgery center was great and very nice, they even had heated gowns! After I got my iv I just relaxed a bit chatted with the anesthesiologist and the doctor. Soon I was waking up, I had no pain at all, but was so tired I could barely keep my eyes open. The drive home was similarly comfortable, I just kept nodding out. You will definitely need help keeping track of all your medications and supplements. My husband has been great about this and walking me to the restroom (mostly just for dizziness. Overall this has been much easier than anticipated. I have just been laying back of one of those pillows with arms. It feels almost exactly like when my milk came in. Just tender and swollen, haven't felt any pain yet at all! The girls look really good. Excited to show some pics
