31 Year Old, Asymmetric Breasts with Slight Sag. Getting Breast Augmentation

I've always been extremely bothered by the shape of my breasts. Size wasnt so much the issue, but the sagging. I've had this same look since puberty. My breasts are fibrocystic, which means they are rather lumpy, which is the cause of the shape.

I originally thought I would need a lift at least on my right side. but after consulting with my PS, she thinks she can achieve the look I am going for just via the implants, and a special internal sewing technique on the right side.
I am worried about my areolas as they are already on the bigger side, especially on my "bad" side. But I'd rather not have the lift scars. So fingers crossed :)

Only 4 more days until surgery! I'm excited, but also nervous. Honestly, I'm more annoyed at myself that I need to do this. Why did I have to end up with weird breasts?
Anyway.... Soon to be happy and self confident! Can't wait :)

Taking this to my surgery next Wednesday.

Had to get my dermal piercing removed beforehand. It would have been an issue with swelling and bacteria.

Still worried that the right side will get enough of a lift, but Dr. Walden and her staff seemed very confident it would.
