Bbl Changed my Life!!

WORTH IT$8,600
I previously had lipo before and I liked the results but I didnt realize how unshapely it left me because I only chose to do my abdomen. When my friend told me about bbl I was immediately interested. I did my research and booked my procedure immediately fter talking with Dr. Franco because I trusted him and loved his results. Originally he told me he would probably only get 500cc per side because it didnt look like I had very much fat on me. He was pleasantly surprised when he was able to put 925cc per side!! I am still recovering but I love my results so far. I am very bruised which is normal. I've been applying arnica topically and taking it orally. I already had one lymphatic massage on post op day 1. Going to schedule another one this week. I'm just overall so happy with my results. I can't wait to heal and see where I'll be in 6 weeks. I'm 5'2 and 140lb before surgery. Since surgery I have gained 7lb in just water weight. Waist was 30" and hips 36", I am really swollen but my waist is currently 28" and hips 41". Feel free to ask me any questions and I'll try to answer them the best I can!!

Oh my goodness thank you for your post!! I am going to be getting my bbl with Dr Franco 1/7/2019. I am soooo nervous. Your results look amazing!! I love that he gave you hips too!! I want a butt that’s proportion to my short frame but I also really want hips since I have none at all. I am 5’2 as well but I weigh 150.

I was pretty nervous too!! There weren't a whole lot of full progress reviews on him that I figured I would make one so then other people would be able to have some kind of reference. I really emphasized with him that I wanted an hourglass figure, bigger hips and to fill out my hip dips and lateral buttocks. I didn't even need to show him any wish pics. He got my shape exactly how I wanted. They actually recorded my surgery and posted it on snap chat and his Instagram. I requested a copy just because I thought it was interesting to watch the magic happen.

Good to see another great result! I have a BBL scheduled with dr Franco 11/12/18 and I’m SO nervous! How has the healing process been? Some of these stories on here have scared me lol

I was nervous too. You will definitely need the pain meds. He prescribes several different nausea medications but there were 2 I couldn't get due to price or shortage which wasnt a big deal. It is very painful like super sore. Personally I was able to handle maybe 2 hours of straight walking after about 2 days after surgery. I suggest placing a pillow under your stomach when trying to sleep otherwise its really uncomfortable. You are allowed 1 hr a day to be out of your garment to shower and wash your garment.

Thank you for the tips ! Do you have any before and after side shots? It’s hard to see the projection from your pics.

Well I am so glad he preformed for you!! I’ve had two consults with him and I have told him I want more of the hour glass look than a huge ass. Don’t get me wrong, I still want a perky butt, but I want that curvy look! So glad you’re recovering well.

How are you feeling so far? Did you buy a lot of pre-op stuff before your surgery? Leesey told me not to waste my money on all that stuff bc at my pre-op apt, they will give me some stuff.. but I feel like I need to start getting my supplies NOW!
October 12, 2018
I didn't buy anything. They give you a list of what you may need but it's not a lot. I feel good enough to walk around the mall for a few hours and obviously work on my feet for 8 hours. I just feel very sore and stiff first thing in the morning. I still don't quite feel at 100% yet but good enough to get stuff done.

You’re already working?? I guess I need to stay off all he surgery fb pages bc women on there post how they bought this and that like puppy pads for the beds so they don’t ruin it with blood

I brought a towel because I thought I would drain a lot too but for some reason I didn't. I did a little bit from my butt but they had placed this giant gauze thing there. But then again everyone is different. Yeah I've been working and I move around just fine. I don't feel 100%, maybe like 80% but I'm not in agonizing pain.

I told Dr. Franco that I needed to be back at work this week because I couldn't afford to stay in Austin that long. He didnt like the idea but he said he wasnt going to force me to stay. I'm going back to Austin Friday for my 1 week follow up. It will technically be 10 days since surgery by that time. I'm honestly feeling a lot better than when I did from post op day 1. That day was really rough. I'm still tender and sore, but definitely able to function. I may just be really tough. I had a hard time falling asleep last night. I just couldn't get comfortable and I felt so swollen.

Waking up first thing in the morning is the hardest. I feel like an old person with arthritis all over my body. Once I get moving I feel a lot better. I definitely have nerve pain. It's a burning sensation when I bend or move a certain way. The gabapentin he prescribes does help with that. My job requires me to be on my feet all day which is good for my recovery. He was concerned about whether I could stand for that long after having surgery like that but I was able to handle it just fine. I just don't rush around at work. I've included a side view photo. You can really tell he gave me an S shape to my back that I didn't have before.
