Hi, really happy to read your update and that you've noticed things changing already ! It really happens quick doesn't it? Hope your still felling good and continuing to improve day by day! :) x
Hi, im really happy with the result so far. I can't believe its been over a week already. In started driving at day 5, I'm carrying my daughter in and out the car. I have a checkup tomorrow morning, hope all is well. Can't wait to wear normal bras. Are your incisions still sore? Can you wear wired bras?
Hey that's so great to hear you're coming along! :) mine aren't sore at all... They weren't really from about 4 weeks maybe... To be honest I didn't really notice them being at all. I've not worn any wired bras yet but not because I couldn't I just haven't yet :) I will be wearing a bikini next week on holiday so that will be a new test!!!
That's great- my appointment went well today, the surgeon said they are healing well. I brought a bra from marks and spencer today. Padded with underwire and my breast look great in it. Waiting for the 6 week mark so I can wear it, got measured to 34b, bigger than I used to be. I guess I am size 10 now and used to be size 8. So where are you off too?
To Barbados! :) the in laws live there so it's definitely bikini weather! That's great about the bra!!! Do you know what it's called I will check it out :) and a 34B! Awesome go you!!!:) really glad your appt went well! Are your stitches out yet? X
Wow that will be amazing. It's called limited flirt lace push up bra. It give really good shape. It's underwired. My stitches were snipped at the sides- they are dissovable. The scars are also so neat and they have given us the go ahead to start trying for baby 2. So we'll wait until new year. I have a 5 week checkup on 10th jan. I was honestly expecting the worse but my breast are getting perky by the day. So happy I did this. You've been amazing support. So thank you. X
How exciting for you!!!! Babies are the best!
You're very welcome :) it was ladies on this site that got me through my op so I'm so happy to have been of help to you :) and glad they are perking up! Ha ha :) they really do surprise you don't they!!? huge good luck with baby number two! :) we are actually 12 weeks pregnant!:) I had my scan on Friday and all is well so wanted to share the news! I fell pregnant about 6 weeks after my op and all has been fine so go for it!!!! :) x
Congrats that's really good news. I can't wait to have another one. I lost the weight very quickly after the first one lets just hope it will be the same again. Wishing you an healthy pregnancy, what a lovely Xmas present. X
Congrats !! How are you feeling?
Hi, had my 1 week appointment. Everything is healing perfectly. Cant wait until I can wear normal bras. No more pain and the scars look great. Have you had yours removed?
December 16, :) so glad you're healing well!!
Hey doll, what did you put on your scars
Merry Christmas!! Xx
Hi, merry christmas, hope you are well. X
I just had my per op appointment today for my explant. Since I'm pregnant and won't be breast feeding I have to return to him 6month post my csection delivery. I was hoping he could explant now but he said there could be a risk of infection. He told me that my breast will be droopy and will probably look the same pre ba/bl. I'm so confused on what to do :-(. Do you have pictures of you having implants and now you did the explant? That would help me out a lot. And your advice on this matter? Thank you in advance

Day of treatment

PIPs are out- implant free!!!

I've had the op today and feeling ok. My left implant was ruptured really severely. I'm feeling a lot of discomfort. I'm just waiting for them to fluff up. Not much sagging at all- I'm actually happy to see they weren't deformed looking- mine were over the muscle so was expecting wrinkling. I can't wait to see some change.

Oh my gosh, a rupture! I am glad these are OUT of you. Now you just have to focus on resting and healing. Please keep us posted as you begin to recover.

Thanks so much. X
How are you feeling? I can't wait to get mine removed! Do you have a before and now after pictures? Mine are saline and under the muscle with a lift. So I wonder if I will have sagging again when I take out mine. Happy healing!
Hi, I've got ruptured implants and am waiting for an explant but it's being done on the NHS as I live in England too so I've already been waiting weeks and weeks! Had the silicone from your ruptured implant travelled to any other parts of your body and made any of your lymph nodes enlarged? Did the surgeon have to remove any breast tissue or muscle too?
Hi, no he didn't remove any tissue or muscle. I'm also in the uk. X
That's really good. Did you get it done privately or on the NHS & did they remove the capsules too? Are any of your glands swollen? I've got silicone in both armpits and lots of swollen lymph nodes/glands. I'm really scared of having mine out as I have virtually no breast tissue x
Hi, you'll be fine. I didn't have it done by the NHS. I had it done by aurora clinic. Dr adrian richards- he has performed loads of explanations. What part of uk are you based? I'm in London. My left implants was really badly ruptured as I saw it afterwards- luckily it didn't travel to my glands. I used to be smaller than I am now. Just cant wait to wear padded bras. X
Thanks Bebe1980, I hope so. I'm in Sheffield. I had a look at the aurora clinic and I just can't afford their prices. You're very lucky your glands weren't affected, I've been told my glands will stay enlarged like that forever now as they can't remove them or the silicone affecting them. I really hope I get good results like you and I hope you find some nice bras, I'm really looking forward to that part too :-) x
I'm sure you're results will be good. It's only natural to worry, I was the same.
