So an update to my two weeks post op. Now I don't know if I'm a certain case because I have had to back surgeries, but I've been having a lot of lower back pain. So I have been using Biofreeze on my lower back, not near any of my stitches or any of the areas that were lipo. I also have been sleeping a lot, by a lot I mean for example all last week I put my son on the bus at 7:20 a.m. set my alarm for 4:15 p.m. when my son gets off the bus, & I literally slept all day the only times I got up was to change out my ice pack for another one in the freezer. Another thing that is really bugging me is that all this hard work that I've put into my body before the surgery going to the gym everyday and stuff I am craving and missing the gym so I think I'm going to invest in some exercises that doesn't involve my abs. So if anybody has any suggestions please comment, but its not when I find some and I find out some really good routines that you can do at home I will definitely post them. So I was wondering how I looked in a bikini and how my scar temporarily would look and if it would be covered and definitely will be covered in the picture below. But right now that is my 2 week picture obviously still swollen and you can see that in my lower stomach and on my side. It's still a little strange to look at my new body in the mirror, I kind of mentally worried that this is a dream and that my old body will come back not that it was terrible, but I love the way I look now even though I'm swollen and I never ever ever want to go back to the way he looks before. I'm venting a little on a few thoughts that I have been in my mind in the past few days.

So let's talk about drains oh yeah they hurt and they really hurt when they sniff the stitches but I told the nurse to give me a minute so that I could be prepared for them to be pulled out..... but then she just pulled him out honestly I felt no pain at all. The only thing that really hurt was cutting the stitch that was holding it on. So do not be scared this stitch cutting it is the worst thing the rest you don't even feel. Also update is that I have not taken any pain meds since yesterday. I'm already standing straight up with no issues.

So today I'm taking medication. I am so itchy I'm dying to take a shower which I still can't take till tomorrow and I clean myself with some baby wipes this morning and took off my breath while I was in bed it was so much easier to be put back on then standing up and putting it back on.

So I hate voice text so what I was trying to say I love is that I have only taken my medication once today which is good and that I was up mostly all night it changed my entire body is so itchy I tried to wipe it down with baby wipes but it is not working I cannot wait to take a shower tomorrow after my post op appointment I took off my binder this morning and Aka it is so much easier put back on when you're laying down. I apologize for the huge typo above
