32 yrs old. 159lbs anf 5'7 Mini tummy tuck

I was in the military for 13 years and never was able to get rid of the extra skin from my first child and get rid of the excess fat in my hips that are on my backside. When I was telling my friends and family I was getting a mini tummy tuck they kept on telling me I didn't need it which is fine when I stand up it looks like I don't need it but when I sat down you could see the extra skin in the front laying over my c-section scar so that's why I tummy tuck is good it gets rid of that tiny bit of extra skin and then light bulb in your areas that use for a fact that you can never get rid of. I really wanted to get a mini tummy tuck because a full tummy tuck will not work very well with me since my upper muscles above my belly button are tight it's the ones below my belly button that are not tight. I was definitely nervous going into surgery but right now its day 3 and I think this is the better feeling day than day 1 & 2. If you decide to get a tummy tuck please ask to get the nausea patch that you put behind your ear before you have surgery at last three to four days so you do not get sick from your medication. It feels really really weird to be kind of after you have a catheter in so 4 warn yourself it will feel weird. Ice ice ice ice ice have at least two ice packs in your freezer so you can alternate. The day before your surgery I made a basket full of bottled water my medication q-tips chapstick a thermometer exlax have it all right there next to your bed so you don't have to get up for anything. I was lucky enough to have a walker / pain from when I had back surgery I honestly don't know what I would have done if I did not have a walker for the first two days if you can find one at a yard sale or goodwill go get one it will make a world of difference. Day 3 I am noticing that where the trains are stitched in really hurts almost hurts worse than anything else. If you have a young child from 6 to 8 years old for at least a month before your surgery teach them how to pour a bowl of cereal in a bowl and eat it it helps me so I don't have to get out of bed. Make sure you get all your prescription drugs from the doctor a couple days before hand so you don't have to go to the doctor. I will continue to keep you updated on my prognosis but remember get some ice packs that you can refreeze and the best way to get up from the bed when you lay down it's a roll over on all fours and back off the bed sitting up straight Ford will be extremely painful. So cleaned out my drain lines. Went on the car today and now i have been feeling sick all day... i have been taking laxative for 5 days no pooping yet....i am taking drastic measures enema got to do somthing. Sorry for the bluntness.

Take exlax or milk Meesha starting on the day that you get home ,when you start to take your medication. Now ,if it does not work by the 4 th or 5th day, suck it up spend the $3 go to the Walgreens or CVS and by at home ennema. I know it's gross especially if you've never done it before, but it will help relieve yourself without having to use your stomach muscles and causing more pain than it needs to be. Sometimea our bodys need a little help from both ends.
