9 Months Out...

Hey guys! It’s been a while, I hit my goal weight 4-5 months after surgery. I now fluctuate between 164-167 Goal was 165. This has been a journey I still have that “fat girl” mentality and I am a huge stress eater. I haven’t dump on ANYTHING and at times I wish I did so I could have that one experience to make me be like see girl your sleeve don’t like that. ????. Don’t get me wrong I don’t eat horrible all the time but I don’t eat the best either. Food addiction is REAL. I just made a major move to a new state to be closer to my boyfriend and we’re moving into house. Boy has it been stressful! I healed fast and haven’t had any complications. Get gassy from time to time but other than that I have did well. I now where a size 8/9 before I was wearing a 18-20 depending on the fit. I feel like I have left something out. If I remember I will post again!
