As you can see my nose is not as perfect like people on here think it is. So I decided to put the pics up to show everyone. Look at the hanging colluema, and my bridge is really high, and my tip is deopping. The last doctor also gave me uneven nostrils (alar base reduction). I had ro wait over a year to get the money up to get all of this fix. And I beleive this will be the last time. I did a lot of reaearch this time and he is well over qualified; he ia amazing!! I am so happy I choosed Dr. CHEN!!

Do you feel like your nose looks huge?I still have my cast on but feel like my nose is bigger .I guess I am just freaking out Cuz I didn't have a tip or bridge before .My nose was wide and flat .It actually looked pushed in from side profile.

My tip looks big, becauss of the swelling. I wouldn't worry about the size of your nose now, you have a long ways to go and many changes that your nose is going to go through.

I am happy so far with my nose, even with the cast on it. Tomorrow the cast will be coming off...yaaayyy!!

Hi, I've been following you. I'm almost 4 weeks post op and sometimes get upset at the shape of my nose but reading the comments assure me that I still have a long way to go with swelling. How are you doing without cast? Any words of advice for me at 4 week post? Thanks

So far so good!! I have a lot of swelling, but that is expected. I have mininum pain, but I have my pain medications to keep it under control. The surgery went smoothly, and I sm happy thus far.

The pictures were taken in Dr. Chen office by him, he took my pre-op pictures and afterwards we discussed what I wanted done. Which is a alar base, tip refine, and thinner bridge. I really hate the way my side profile looks. I hope this will be the last nose job.

How is he going to reduce your bridge? Are you having an imp at or Cartilege removal from your previous rhinoplasty? Or will he break your bones?
