No one is better than “Dr. A”. Period. He has honestly made my life better. From Botox to Fillers to earlobe repair to breast augmentation... this gentleman is at the top of the list. He stays on top of the latest technology, protocols and procedures. He generously gives his time and talents to ensure the BEST for YOU. He is honest and kind, NEVER pushy or greedy to do a procedure for the money if it’s not in the patient’s best interest aesthetically and health-wise. For example I wanted bigger (550-600 cc) breasts but he was honest with me that 450 was the max I could go due to my thin skin on my chest and my lean frame. He said if i wanted to go bigger I could later, after my chest skin was stretched enough to accommodate. At my current 32DDD / 30 H, it’s not likely I ever will but if I do I will not hesitate to go back to Dr. A. I am a now-48 yo tall athletic lean person. My once-lovely breast tissue had deflated into two sad sacks. Had one child, at age 32 and nursed 14 months. Prior to mommyhood and nursing, i was a 32 or 34 C and inflated to a F-cup (DDD) while nursing so i knew that was the size I wanted. After consulting at least 3 highly reviewed board-certified surgeons I settled on Dr. A and his wondeful Nurse Linda. I chose Mentor saline 450cc under the muscle, to increase my size to DDD. I would have gone larger (550 - 600 cc) but he advised against bigger implants due to my thin chest skin and the fact that the tissue might not be able to support such large implants initially.

Since the wonderful breast augmentation experience i have gone to them for many procedures: i am on a regular Dysport/Botox regimen now, and had my first Juvaderm Voluma procedures recently for my cheeks and chin (love!). They also support amazing beauty products under the guidance of Nurse LeeAnn that I dont want to live without (Latisse which gives me shockingly long lashes, and Obagi skin care). Plus they carry cute clothes and jewelry in the spa! They are the "one stop shop". Dr. A. and all of his staff are committed to helping you look and feel beautiful, will be honest with you about procedures you do *not* need, help you manage your overall beauty concerns and needs, genuinely care about YOU as an individual not just a quick $$$, and have made every procesure an amazing & fun experience! You always feel as if you were treated like a queen. I cannot praise them enough.

Back to the augmentation experience: honestly they made it relaxing and fun, surgery and recovery was painless (no discomfort i can recall atall), follow up was wonderful. I was beyond thrilled with the results of my augmentation! Several months post-op as "the girls" started to "settle" i did notice a little bulge at the bottom of my inframammary creases where the implants were "bottoming out" through no fault of Dr. A -- i have a very lean torso and its difficult to support such "large" implants relative to my torso size apparently. Thank goodness i listened to Dr. A. and didnt insist on the much larger implants initially. He assured me "if" i wanted to go larger later, i could always choose to do so but give it a year for the tissue to stretch and create a bigger pocket for better results. A year & 3 mo. post op (June 2015) there are NO scars and the "bottoming out" is pretty unnoticeable. However I still want bigger boobs and I am considering a re-do for larger breasts... but even if I dont will still be pleased with what i have. Dr. A. is gentle, has a very conservative approach and light touch, and an artist's eye. I LOVE Dr. A and his peeps!!!
