I am not sure how to post on this website but I am very seriously considering doing the procedure. I met with the doctor last week, and this was my 2nd consultation. I liked the doctor a lot and his nurse I am thinking that I like anywhere from 300-350cc saline under the muscle. Anyone else out there that is about the same size as me with the same size implants??

I am 5'5 140lbs started with a 34a always bought double padded Victoria secret bras. Got silicone 371cc naturelle mod plus and wish I would have gone bigger. I look the same as I did in my padded bras. Basically a full b cup small small c if I'm lucky: 3 mo. Post op and still buying padded bras. Considering a reaugmentation. Hope this helps! When they say go bigger go bigger expecially if your going under the muscle.

Just wondered if you'd had your surgery yet and how you're doing? Sending you get well wishes... Day of surgery was the worst day as far as pain goes but it gets a little better everyday and is worth it!!!

I did. Was sick from morphine and demoral but nausea subsided. Gotten two showers, first hurt worse than the other. Right boob hurts worse than left boob but only because size implant was bigger. To anyone else out there reading this, I would prepare to take 3 work days off. Surgery Friday, Monday and Tuesday. Stay consistent with pain meds and hang in there!

If you are in doubt, go with Dr. Aquadro. His patient coordinator and nurse are wonderful, reassuring and go the extra mile. Love my boobs. Worth every ounce of pain after surgery and all the discomfort, as well. I went smaller than what I think would be normal for my build but it totally fits my personality. I still haven't bought a bra yet, but did buy a swim suit. One of mine sits a little higher but that is because of the amount of breast tissue that was in place before surgery. Daily, I try to push the implant down into the pocket like the doctor recommended. If you are in the Auburn, AL area.... My vote is for Dr. Trey Aquadro and East Alabama Plastic Surgery. You will feel like you have been treated like a queen!
