Good luck! I honestly just massaged in the shower with a hot wash cloth over my breasts the first week or two and then the third week when I wasn't as tender I did this more often! Now I'm focusing on helping my scars heal!

Well u did an awsome job :-) my nipples hurt a lot so I can't even touch them when I shower I just started using lubruderm see if that helps good luck with your scars I can't treat mine till the doctor gives me the ok too :-(

Thanks! I keep saying my doctor is THE BEST! I really noticed a difference at about 2.5 or 3 weeks! Are you pushing down on your implants while you shower and a couple of times a day? My doc showed me how to take my fingers and push/massage down on the top of the implant so that the bottom and round part kind of pushes and bulges down into the round, bottom part of my breast. I can post a video of how I do it for you to see if needed? Otherwise I think I just got lucky with them dropping faster and the doctor said he was really pleased that they had already dropped a lot! I bought the new lounge bra from VS which is awesome and not as expensive as the others! It's perfect post surgery. The one in the picture is their t shirt bra that has no padding. I think if I went with a bra that was lined or padded at all I would have to wear a DD. Even some of the 32 D's did not have as much coverage over my breast as I would have liked. I may just need to try a 34 D instead! I only bought two real bras and will wait a few months before I buy more. I HIGHLY recommend the lounge bra though. It's so soft, supportive, and just amazing! It doesn't have underwire either if your scars are still a little tender! I won't wear a bra with underwire until they are done dropping because I don't want to interfere with the process!

Oh! And there is a coupon on VS website to get the lounge bra and the matching panty for $25 right now! (I'm an extreme couponer) whereas the bra by itself is $39. So it's great deal for my most favorite bra!

Well they look great don't mess with them :-) if u don't mind I would appreciate a video very much I massage down and inwards that all don't know if there's more to it but that's all I was told to do I will go a head and check out vs for a tshirt bra thanks I only have sports bras and light stretchi bras so I need a good bra with our wires I don't mind wire but prefer like your self not to mess with them :-) your Surgen did a great job what are your stats? I will upload a video for you tomorrow afternoon! Ask the associate at VS for the lounge bra. The t shirt bras do have wire! I'm not sure what you mean by stats but I'm guessing age, weight, height? If so I am 26, one baby that I nursed who is now 11 months, about 104 lbs and 5' 4''. Did I answer your question?

I had surgery July 10 so yep! I am at 5 weeks and 2 days post op! I'm telling you my surgeons hands were magic!

Don't be discouraged though it can take 2-3 months before you really see a drop! Maybe mine dropped all at once and yours are dropping gradually! My doc said I may see more dropping or they may stay where they are. I'm hoping they will stay where they are!

Thank you! Are you kidding I had nice breast to begin with? Thank you but I hated the size and the asymmetry. How do you like the gummy implants? I considered those but my surgeon and I agreed I could get the results I wanted with the silicone and not have to do the gummy bears after all!

Lol yes your breast where nice and round. I love the gummies they are very soft and dropping nicely
