So after almost 9 years I am finally getting this...

So after almost 9 years I am finally getting this procedure done! I am so happy and its crazy to see God's faithfulness. He knows my heart and how bad I've wanted this. I had my first baby at 15, he will be turning 9 in June.
I have been following Davoudi for years. But because I was being cheap I wanted to go to Miami. With Dr. Osak Omalepu. Horrible experience, paid 2500 deposit the same day his lisence supposedly got revoked. I was not aware of that. They won't refund me. But whatever, it's all in God's hands. Moving on.....I have 4 beautiful children, and though I feel selfish for doing this, God sees just how much I've invested in them. I want to do a little bit for myself now.
I weigh 145 right now. I gained about 10 lbs. So for surgery I wanna get down to 135 or 130. I've scheduled a consult with Davoudi tomorrow at 11 am. I'm so nervous and can't believe how real this is. I know he's my surgeon again, because I've been wanting him for years and his results are amazing. This is what I look like now, I was a bit bloated in the pic because in person I'm much tinier. The only child I gained weight with was my first one because the last 3 I didn't really gain weight.
I want my surgery dine in June so I csn recover before school starts. Love you guys! I'll keep you posted! ????

Met Dr. DAVOUDI
Had my consult this past Thursday. Everyone was just so sweet. I am so excited. He said all I needed was tummy tuck and lipo was included. Said I didn't need a bbl. I scheduled for 06/21/2017. This is so hard emotionally. Some days I'm good, some days are rough. I really want this procedure done and have been waiting 9 years! Something his patient coordinator, Romina told me was to be positive. Sometimes I'll just think so negative or let fear get to me, etc. That I start thinking I shouldn't get it done. I have 4 little kids and live alone. What was everyone's recovery time? Dr. Davoudi said I could go back to work in 2 weeks, if I felt up to it. I know everyone is different though. And yes I will be having lots of help.

I think you should go thru with it if you have alot of help. You have a very nice body and 4 kids thats a Blessings. Your body going to be amazing when your done. Its great you don't need a BBL. I thought I had a decent body and I need lipo and he will throw in a small fat transfer to my butt. Just to round it out. I am alot older 58 this month. I plan to post pics as I get closer and figure out how.
Don't let fear stop you. I just did a sky dive on my bucket list. Each year I conquer a fear. Go get that surgery!!!!

One more thing I did have doubts due to my Christian beliefs and spoke to other Christian woman and not one thought there was anything wrong with it.

Thank you! And yes I am Christian too, very involved in church. My pastors are actually the most supportive currently. My family still doesn't know because they are so against it. My pastors said that as long as I don't get obsessed with plastic surgery then there's nothing wrong with it. It's not like I'm going to go around showing my tummy off to the world. My husband and I are seperated and he's against it too. But hopefully he will love it!

My mom and husband were against it but they knew I was doing it anyway. I left it alone and let it sink in my husband head awhile. I said I understand you don't agree and you don't have to. I just need you to support me emotionally and help take care of me. I am not asking you for any money to pay for it. So he agreed to disagree.

The first five days I needed lots of help. I had my mom stay with me for 2 weeks and I'm so glad she did. I started to feel stronger but my energy took awhile to come back. At 3 weeks out I felt a lot more confident taking care of my kiddos with no help. Just prepare yourself to be okay with the house not looking like you want it for awhile. You will get back in the swing of things before you know it and miss your downtime! :)

I don't know if this is feasible for you but I don't like to clean (just being honest) so I have someone come in to clean my home. I done enough cleaning during my lifetime.

haha..Yes I am a neat freak. I will have people helping me and I Know they will clean for me. Seeing a messy house depresses me. lol. And my babies clean a lot as well.

I really wish I did not have to say this but I had the worst recovery with Dr. Davoudi. I wish i would have used someone else... I almost died. I was bleeding internally, i developed a seroma, I had to have a hole cut out from my scar so the seroma can drain, it was painful, and my revision to close the hole was not good. I am not 100% happy with results. You can still see the scar where the hole was. I ended up having a horrible recoery time. was out for 6 weeks. now i have bills from the hospital, since i stayed there for two days after i almost bled to death.. lets just say i would never get plastic surgery again, and if for some crazy reason i did it would not be with davoudi.

So excited to have a tiny waist!
This is me currently. But I hate my tummy. Anyways....trying not to think about surgery so much. But God is good! So has anyone gone with Dr. Davoudi? Also, has anyone used exparel? I still haven't decided whether I want it or not.

100% get the exparel!!!! It makes a huge difference and will make recovery so much easier the first few days. My PS uses it because he saw such a difference regarding pain level during recovery of women who chose it so now he includes It in the price. Worth every penny!

Completely manageable pain. My back was my biggest issue from walking hunched over but by the second week I was walking pretty straight. Tummy only hurt if i coughed or engaged my stomach muscles (like trying to get out of bed). When sitting still i felt totally comfortable, just a burning sensation from time to time. I stayed on top of pain medication (vicodin) for the first 4 days but I think I could have just done the extra strength Tylenol from the beginning since I had the exparel. I could walk the same day as surgery but it was more like a shuffle that lasted first few days. I think day 5 or 6 I was walking slow but normal. After two weeks I was good to go. Just mainly felt sore and swollen.

I am definitely getting the exparel!! I couldn't bear the fact of going through all of that pain without extreme relief. I've heard the first few days are the absolute worst

If I can lessen my pain why not. Unless money is a big issue then I can understand. Even then I would talk to Dr. Davoudi he pretty understanding. I have my tt,lipo and small trader to butt 8 sept with Dr. Davoudi.

My surgeon was Davoudi. I got the exparel and am so glad that I did. I think that is why my pain was so manageable. I had a four hour drive and I didn't feel any pain during the ride. Looking at your shape I can tell you will have great results!
