Well, I am in day 16 and going through this healing process but I am having some issues and need your feedback. I am very swollen but I am oozing on both side. I have just had a hard time with these drains in. I can't wait until they are out! My experience with Dr Wang's office has been a good one, but I am sure that I will be able to provide more information after I get pass this first 6 weeks

It's tough, I had two drains in and at 2 weeks the first drain was removed. I'm now at 3 weeks and hoping the other drain will come out soon. I had some of that same leakage initially; my doctor put Neosporin on gauze and taped it all around the entrance hole for the drain; took care of the leakage for me. Best wishes!!

Update.....my second drain tube started coming out on its own AHHH!! (I guess I popped the stitch) Went in today and the drain was removed. I feel like 1000%!! Hang in there and you are close to the point where you will begin feeling like yourself again!!

Pain Medication left in stomach during the surgery

During my surgery I had pain medication inserted and left in my stomach that was activated by this armband. This was such a major plus to the surgery!

My situation went downhill hill and I had to have a 2nd surgery due to me obtaining an Hematoma, blood clots in the "empty space" in my stomach.

Hi love, God be with you, keep yourself strong, you will be fine is just a bump in the middle of the road, I know is long recovery road, but just be patience and take one day at a time. :-)
