Hello RS, as I stated in my review title I'm married and a mother of two boys. I'm 5'4 and currently weigh 175 pounds. I plan to be down about 10-15 pounds before my surgery date so that I can get the best results after surgery. I set my surgery date today and I have mixed emotions. I'm happy, but most of all nervous about the pain and recovery time. I plan to take 4 weeks off from work so hopefully I'll be ok. I'm in my cousin's wedding exactly a month after my surgery so I hope all of my swelling, well most of my swelling will have subsided by then. I had a breast reduction 3 years ago and it wasn't painful, just very sore as if I had done a massive chest workout. Hopefully the TT will be bearable.

I am happy that you joined us for this journey.  Having a month off work for recovery is fantastic.  You will still be sore and tight feeling but the worst part will be over.  I am sure you will be fine for the wedding and have a great day.  You are going to love the results of this surgery and be very happy.  Check back in often and keep us up to date on everything.  Take a look at My Notebooks where you will find my favorite pre and post op lists.

Weight loss before surgery

So I forgot to mention I would like to lose10-20 pounds before my surgery date (2/24/17). I started eating better on 1/3/16 and weighed in at 179. I got on the scale this morning and I'm down 6 pounds already. My husband wanted to go pescatarian for a month or two so I'm doing that with him. I think it's realistic to lose at least 15 pounds. I'm doing cycling 3xs a week and Zumba 1 day and some light strength training. I will be posting more pics to compare with my initial pics I uploaded.
