So it's been 7 weeks today since my surgery. I've really just been trying to deal with all the changes my body is going through. Incision healing well I had 1 small spot that needed a little tlc but I'm back on track. Still having lots of discomfort in my back from lipo, sometimes I get a burning feeling if I move the wrong way. Not sure what's up with that. Since I swelled up so bad a few weeks ago I've been trying to get my body back right. Started going to gym this week so the rest of me can catch up..lol. Still experiencing swelling. Still sleeping in binder and cg. Most days I go out i wear both if not I keep binder in my purse just in case I get uncomfortable. Even with swelling I'm loving my results not to happy with my bb but I'm trying to give it time to see what happens with that. Creases not completely gone so tummy not completely flat but I'm being patient. Posted pic is from last week. Tummy is swelled.

Looking good! I too would get the burning feeling when I would turn my body. My suggestion is don't twist, turn bend over quickly and lift heavy objects. It's your muscles telling you to stop doing what your doing. Well at least that's what I thought my body was telling me. Lol. .. Swelling continued for me also for a long time. I'm 5 mo post op and if I'm up on my feet all day and running around town etc... I still get swollen and my belly feels tight. But I don't regret anything about my surgery. I'm very happy. I look forward to your updates!

i love ur results..so happy 4u~did u use a lipo foam?and did u use your own cg wut is a binder?
September 8, 2015
Thank u! No I'm not sure what lipo foam is. Should I use one? I used the cg the doctor gave me and the binder is what they put on you right after surgery. I haven't purchased another cg but I do wear pantie girdles and one piece girdles everyday. I will be buying a waist trainer today.

@SHYGIRL41 Hi lady how are you? 7 weeks that came fast. Your result are coming along and looks wonderful. Do you cover you belly button all the time. I am 3 weeks post op and I still have some areas in my incision that have not still not together. My bellybutton be wet to so I started letting it are and find that is has been drying. I will however cover it when I have on the binder and faja which is most of the time. My friend told me it take the longest to heal completely but I am very cautious with it.

I'm great thanks, how are you? I was covering it but for the past 2 weeks I've had it uncovered. As for my incision I kept it covered until it healed. I had 1 small area that didn't heal so I would just put neosporin on it and cover it with some gauze. Sometimes when I go out i only wear a garment or girdle. Most times when I'm inside I wear both. I will be traveling out of town for a week and will be taking everything with me just to be on safe side. As for my bb I'm not the happiest with it but I'm hoping in time it will look better. Yes if its wet keep it stuffed with gauze until that stops.

Still looking great. I cant wait for my time. I had to postpone twice and wont reschedule until I know I can get the time from work. Sadly, my surgery is mostly paid for and the money is just sitting there while they wait for me to give them a good date. No matter what Im looking to do it before the year is out. But im glad to see ur results so I know what to look forward to.

Thank you. yes take your time and be sure you have enough time to recoup.

I am 8 months out and understand what you are going through. The creases will go away but it can take upwards of 6 months. That is how he gives you that hourglass. With regard to swelling. I got rid of that binder about 6 weeks in. I hated that thing.
I do wear a waist trainer and ab board everyday for compression. I even have ones that I wear specifically for working out.

I still swell but it is manageable and it occurs less and less over time. As for the belly button. If you are unhappy with the shape, try stuffing with gauze.

Wishing you the best!

Thank you. I will be purchasing a waist trainer asap because this binder is aggravating. Thanks for heads up cause I'm constantly looking and wondering about these creases.

Okay, this is the part I've been dying to hear or have someone share their experiences with me. Did you drop dress sizes? If so how many? The weight kissed from the tight muscles reducing your food intake or diet? Please share your experiences of you don't mind. Thanks.
September 21, 2015
Yes depending on the cut. But if its small med large i'm in a small and medium for comfort. I'm wearing small shirts now. My weight hasn't changed much.
September 21, 2015
Hmm. The weight hadn't changed but your dress size changed.
I still wear the same old clothes. I probably need to start a diet so I can lose some weight and drop dress sizes. Thanks for sharing the results of your amazing journey.
Good luck to us all.

AMAZING RESULTS! Thanks so much for sharing your journey. I really needed to see this! I have my TT on 9/3/15 . . . just 15 days away! When did you get back into the gym? Any advice?
