WORTH IT$12,060
So it's been 7 weeks today since my surgery. I've really just been trying to deal with all the changes my body is going through. Incision healing well I had 1 small spot that needed a little tlc but I'm back on track. Still having lots of discomfort in my back from lipo, sometimes I get a burning feeling if I move the wrong way. Not sure what's up with that. Since I swelled up so bad a few weeks ago I've been trying to get my body back right. Started going to gym this week so the rest of me can catch up..lol. Still experiencing swelling. Still sleeping in binder and cg. Most days I go out i wear both if not I keep binder in my purse just in case I get uncomfortable. Even with swelling I'm loving my results not to happy with my bb but I'm trying to give it time to see what happens with that. Creases not completely gone so tummy not completely flat but I'm being patient. Posted pic is from last week. Tummy is swelled.

You've got this! So happy for you! Would love to see a before and after of you now. When can you get back into the gym? And how long are you supposed to wear your binder for?

I was told i can do light cardio.. no ab work for a year. I still wear my binder every night to bed and through out the day. I believe for up to 8 weeks but i will be checking with my ps or nurse

Okay, this is the part I've been dying to hear or have someone share their experiences with me. Did you drop dress sizes? If so how many? The weight kissed from the tight muscles reducing your food intake or diet? Please share your experiences of you don't mind. Thanks.

Yes depending on the cut. But if its small med large i'm in a small and medium for comfort. I'm wearing small shirts now. My weight hasn't changed much.

Hmm. The weight hadn't changed but your dress size changed.
I still wear the same old clothes. I probably need to start a diet so I can lose some weight and drop dress sizes. Thanks for sharing the results of your amazing journey.
Good luck to us all.

AMAZING RESULTS! Thanks so much for sharing your journey. I really needed to see this! I have my TT on 9/3/15 . . . just 15 days away! When did you get back into the gym? Any advice?
August 18, 2015
Thank you!! I haven't gotten back in the gym yet I'm hoping for next week. I would just say listen to your body and try not to do too much. For me the first few days where really hard.I had alot of regrets but I love my results and very happy with my decision. Good luck I will keep you in my prayers..

I do wear a waist trainer and ab board everyday for compression. I even have ones that I wear specifically for working out.
I still swell but it is manageable and it occurs less and less over time. As for the belly button. If you are unhappy with the shape, try stuffing with gauze.
Wishing you the best!
