Day 13- I am feeling much more like my old self. The tenderness in my stomach is gone and now I can feel how hard my stomach is. It is filled with lots of little super hard areas. I am still very swollen but can tell a difference in some areas. I have tried to drink even more water today in the hopes that it will help decrease the swelling. I am also able to massage the areas a little more since I am not tender to the touch. It has been a pleasant experience nothing to major. The worse thing has been wearing the garment but even that has gotten better in the last day or two.

Day 5- My first physical day back at work, I have a desk job so I was little curious about how sitting upright all day would be. It turned out to be ok. However, the car ride home was a different story. I was so swollen, I felt like I was going to bust out of the garment. lol. Hours later and I am still very swollen and uncomfortable.

I would like to start by saying thank you to all of those that have shared their experience. I am a data hound and enjoyed reading and learning about your journey’s. Thank you!

I had my upper abs, lower abs, flanks, and bra roll done. Also I have a ton of stretch marks so I am one of those who would probably be better off having a tummy tuck. Any tips on how to get the overhang to go away are appreciated. I read one review and her doctor told her to lift her stomach up in the garment. I’m trying but I’m not sure exactly how to do that. ?
I had my procedure on Friday, Dec 14. I don’t recall much from the procedure after it got started. The drugs they give you are great at relieving anxiety. I remember very little after the procedure got started. I know they gave me several shots to numb the areas; this did not hurt. And then there was something that sounded like a hole punch, this did not hurt either. And I vaguely recall a wand going in and out on occasion. I didn’t feel any pain during any of the procedure. I don’t recall how I got the garment on or how I got home. I do recall waking up to use the restroom and taking medicine during the night and waking up refreshed Saturday morning.
Day 2- Took it very easy during the day. Just chilled at home. I wasn’t in any pain, I did take 3 extra strength Tylenol just to be on the safe side. ? Later that night, I took a stroll around wal-mart. I don’t see any change in my physical appearance.
Day 3- No issues, still swollen, so I don’t see any change in my appearance. Another relaxing day around the house.
Day 4- I worked from home today. Sitting upright is a bit uncomfortable; I rather be at an incline. I don’t notice any change in my appearance. My belly is very tender to the touch but very hard when you do touch it. And this compression garment is digging and pinching my body. I have had to place pads to stop the pinch. Any tips would be appreciated. I am trying to drink lots of water and take arnica.

I chose to have my procedure at Sono Bello in Atlanta. The staff is SUPER nice and helpful! They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. Hats off to them! In addition, the facility is very nice. It gives you no choice but to relax and enjoy.
