Update- Better late than never

I just wanted to update for anyone reading this thread that after 3 photofacials at Dermani Medspa in Atlanta, I found little to no results. Never got any discomfort either. They did up the intensity each session and the actual session hurt a lot but afterwards I just had a little warming sensation and that's all. I would say perhaps a marginal improvement in some spots, but not enough to write home about. Im currently even worse off than before due to an awful skin picking disorder and have begun Tri-Luma and a few other options to try to reduce spots on my face and body. I will review them as I go!

Day 4 - Still no change

So its Monday now, I got the photofacial on Thursday. Still no "crusting" off or any other effect whatsoever. Anyone think this was just a rip off? I really want results, its starting to get frustrating.

I purchased a groupon for 2 photofacials and it...

I purchased a groupon for 2 photofacials and it was very cheap. Prior to purchasing, I got the info about their brand new Monaliza laser and upon research I found that the place seemed legit. The had good reviews and the laser they use is not a cheap or old one. It is a very nice one from what I have found about it online.

I am getting the photofacials for dark spots and scars from picking at my skin for years.
I had a pass (two on cheeks where spots are heavy) with the brown filter and then another with the red filter(again, 2 on cheeks). I don't know how much power was used but I do know that I felt virtually nothing (other than the usual little rubber band pops during treatment). My skin never got red or even pink, it never stung or got warm or felt burned. It never got sensitive. Nothing got darker or lighter Obviously its only been one day but still...no side effects?
I am just wondering if anyone has experience with this and do you think I got ripped off?

How long should I know if it did something?
I'm very bummed because I was hoping to feel something to assure me its working. They are telling me I cant get my second for another month but my face is absolutely fine and id like to try it sooner...
any tips?
Other that a bit more oil than normal, I got nothing.
