Wow, great results man. Is it true that the rightside of your front hairline, is a bit back compared to your left?

Btw, I think my hair situation is the same just like yours was before you did a hairtransplantation. Only thing is, im only at the age of 22, but it already started at the age of 15. So i think ive been doing good since then, but it has gotten to a point now where i dont feel comfortable with it anymore. I want to do a hairtransplantation as well, but I'm unsure about the future. I might lose more hair after the transplantation. Is there something you can suggest? Like would it be ok just to go for a transplantation now and if it fails (like in losing more hair) just to go bald?

erken, let me give you some wise advice. I don't expect you'll take it because your so young and young people are usually quite dumb and have no concept of the future, but if you're smart you'll learn to let yourself go bald if that's what you're meant to be. Because at your age, you'll never have a good result no matter how terrific the doctor is. Propecia + Rogaine + [fill in the blank] + the best ht surgeon in the world is not going to be able to give you a good result. Initially, sure, for a brief period. But you will continue to thin decade after decade and eventually you'll have a worse look than just being bald. Believe me, you'll be *much* better off hitting the gym, staying thin, and shaving your head or cutting it really close as you go bald. That's my advice, and it's the right advice. I've been around and I'm telling you that's the move.

Wow, the man is on RealSelf out of all places, he obviously wants to better his look by potentially acquiring knowledge about his options out there. Your answer may be true for the current time, but in 2-5 years max we will have some new alternatives that may compete or outdo traditional hair transplants completely. These alternatives are being developed as we speak. Dr. Tsuji in Japan, as well as Histogen and other companies who are working to bring us new options. There is hope out there.

Thank you for posting pics of your results. It's much appreciated, too many leave gushing reviews and no pics. Your results are fantastic and are consistent with a first rate hair surgeon.
