Hey Realself lovelies. I'm a week out from getting my bump to go with my pumps. lol I guess for a little while the red bottom will be on my body instead of the sole of my shoes. I am scheduled to have liposuction to the upper and lower abdomen, bra roll and flanks, with (some of) that fat transferred to my butt. I'm 44 years old, 5'2" 138 lbs. My main area of concern is my back fat, after 20+ years of holding in my stomach I've pretty much got that mastered, lol, however there is nothing I can do for my back. Initially Dr. Jimerson recommended a Tummy Tuck, but after having a major surgery in 2004 which left me with a vertical scar on my stomach, I just couldn't mentally prepare myself to endure another scar of that magnitude. I have confidence that I will get the results I want without it. Plus to pay an additional $5500 for it....Nah, I'm already knocking at $15K. Prayers and Blessing for us all.

Best of luck to You. I feel the same exact way you do. I'll be 44 in September and my main concern is my back fat. I can deal with a little stomach but as u said $5,500 more dollars. Holding the stomach in is cheaper. Please keep us posted can't wait to see your results. My plan is to go to Dr. J as well for my BBL. I just have to get my money and schedule On Point. God Bless you on your journey I'm sure he's gonna take good care of U. I will be following your updates

How did it go

I'll update my photos soon.
Everything went well. Sleeping on my stomach only is the worst. I can't wait until next week I'll be able to lay on my side and sit for short periods of time.
I've had no pain. I took a pain pill the first night because I felt a little something, but since then I've only taken them before my massages.
I do recommend that you get the Lymphatic Massages. It's somewhat painful but definitely makes a difference in your results. I suggest you get at least 5, but more is better. I purchased 7, 3 at the Dr. Office and 4 home sessions. I'm contemplating getting a few more. If you don't get that fluid moved around you will develop pockets of fluid that will turn hard and not only be painful but give you a lumpy bumpy appearance and/or require surgery to correct.

Its been 3 weeks. Time is flying but not going fast enough. I am however happy to be able to sleep on my sides. A I said at 8 days, i haven't really experienced any pain only discomfort from being restricted by the garment. I am still optimistic that my "fat back" will go away. Its the main reason i had the procedure, the butt was just a bonus. Anywho here are pics.

If you're going for a fat transfer to the butt then yes. I wish I would have gotten my butt a little bigger, but he gave me what I asked for, and it looks very natural. Also, the big plus is he did my procedure with minimal incisions. I've seen so many dolls with more than a dozen puncture sites between the extraction and injection points. I have only 7. 2 in the front where they took the fat from my stomach and placed the drains in, 2 (1) under each of my arms where he too the fat from my upper back /bra rolls, 1 at the crack of my butt, and 2 (1) on the bottom of each cheek where he inserted the fat. If you look at others pictures they have 6 holes or more on each cheek, not even including the extraction sites. So for that I give him 5 stars.

You look soooo amazing! Im going to Dr. Jimerson in December! Your results are so amazing, I cant wait! If you dont mind sharing, how was your recovery? On a scale of 1-10 how painful is the after?

I'll say 2. I didnt have any pain afterwards. However, I was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Not being able to sit and having to lay/ sleep on my stomach for 2 weeks was miserable. I only took pain meds the hour before getting my Lymphatic Massages. Note: THEY ARE A MUST! I received 12 of them, starting the day after surgery. I had 4 at the Dr's office and the other 8 at my home, along with doing them myself in between the nurse's visit.
I do feel pain when I'm riding in the car and hit a bump in the road, but it's nothing excruciating more like sore muscle pain than anything.
Hopefully your experience will be similar.
