I had been seeing Dr. Neufeld for botox and fillers for several years. From the beginning, he knew of my desire to minimize the heavy upper lids that were just part of my genetic makeup. His knowledge of the eye and all its components allowed us to use botox for a time and he assured me that if and when I was ready for surgery that I would know. When I knew I did in fact want the surgery I did my due dilligence and made appointments with other surgeons for consultations. I found that most of them wanted to perform work to change me into a person with "ideal" features - including procedures I didn't even desire. It all proved to support my intuition that Dr. Neufeld's focus was on creating the best possible version of "me" and we moved forward with the surgery. All aspects were explained to me carefully and the staff support was amazing. I now look like a more well-rested and happy version of myself. It's all I ever wanted. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
