Repair of Lower Eyelids That Were Pulled Down from Botched Cheek-lift Surgery - Atlanta, GA

Dr. Codner successfully performed a complex surgical repair to my lower eyelids using cartilage grafts taken from behind my ears. Before coming to Dr. Codner, I had had 9 previous repair surgeries over the course of 15 years. The previous repair surgeries were performed by 3 different surgeons, and while some improvement was achieved, my lower eyelids continued to pull down on the outside edges (Google "??ectropion" to see photos of this condition). In fact, one eye was worse than the other and caused some pull-down of the upper eye-lid, as well. In addition to bolstering the lower lids with cartilage, Dr. Codner removed unsightly webs of scar tissue from the outside corners of my eyes that had formed as a result of the many previous surgeries. I look so much better now and feel a tremendous amount of gratitude to Dr. Codner.
