yes it tightens your skin after sx. Its really not about it lasting, its part of the recover process. It aids in healing after sx. its like getting lymphatic massages, its just a machine that heats up and tightens it quicker.

Had my second Exilis treatment, The thing on my thigh was hot, but not unbearable. It wasnt as hot as people were saying. Felt good and I have seen the difference in 2 treatments.
