Heres the Oleeva sheets

Forgot to include pic of the silicone sheets. Here they are. Super easy to use.

11 weeks out and finally getting to use silicone sheets!

Went back to the MD at about 10.5 weeks. I was finally cleared to stop using the microspore tape and switch over to the silicone sheets. Thank God because my skin was starting to itch and react to the tape. But my scars are super flat and smooth. Hopefully the silicone sheets will start to the reduce the redness and make the scars less visible. My left breast swelling seems to have gone down and feels more normal, although I think it was the larger breast before and is still a tiny bit bigger. My MD's office recommended the Oleeva silicone sheets because it is in one piece and I have to say they are super easy to use. And they are reusable, so you just wash and let air dry for a little and then reapply. Did not want to have to cut strips and keep trying to reapply them after showers and yoga and working out. These have been really nice to use. Happy with my small nipples and where my breasts are sitting now. Hopefully they stay where they are and the silicone helps reduce the scars over the next few months.

6 week checkup. Please help with silicone suggestions and bra tips????

I just went in for my 6 week follow up. She said scars look good, but left breast is still swollen for some reason. My MD normally has you keep steri strip tape on for 6 weeks, then you switch to silicone sheets. Since my left side is still acting up, she wants me to keep the tape on them for another month to help support the scars, then we will switch over to silicone. I need to purchase them to bring to my next appointment, but there are so many. It looks like most recommend the sheets, so I would appreciate any recommendations you have on the ones that have worked best for you. I am a yoga teacher and teach and do hot yoga, so ones that stick the best in your opinion would be great. Also, I was told today I could switch over to a normal bra. My incisions are still a little tender so I think I would like a wireless bra for a while. Does anyone have a brand/style they have tried and works the best. I am a 32D. Also, a comfortable bra to sleep in would be great as well. Thank you so much for the help! This website has been a lifesaver!

Dr. Alderman has been a dream. I had such a bad experience with the first doctor I went to who did not perform the lift I paid for, so I was definitely hesitant this go round. I researched more and have 4 consults this time. Dr. Alderman took time with me in the appointment to address all my concerns, gave me realistic results and instead of trying to give me the most expensive surgery she could, gave me the one that would give me the results I wanted now. I've been more paranoid this time around and when I have needed she has taken my calls on her cell phone and answered my questions via email. Also, they are pretty timely at this practice compared to others where I have waited hours to get in. I wish I had found her my first go round, but glad I did this time. The only thing that I think could be improved with the overall practice is always having someone at the front desk to greet people, sometimes you can wait there for several minutes.
