I have had 3 children and 2 c-sections. I gained 50,80,and 70lbs each pregnancy. I nursed all of my children. I went from a size 7 to a 22 and now I am an 8-9. My skin and cellulite need some restructuring! My body needs a complete makeover in order to get back to my pre-baby figure. I was an athlete in my younger years and I exercise 3 times a week. I can camouflage my imperfections graciously with the right clothing, but I am not able to be naked without loving my body. I need a breast lift with an implant simply because I love the cosmetic finish. I need a tummy tuck with hernia repair and belly button/umbilical restructure (I have an outie). I also need a little transfer to my side hips, which is called a hip roll/ repair. So here goes..
My surgery date is approaching. I am so excited and nervous at the same time! I have been watching Youtube videos and Google(ing) everything. I am most concerned with the pain and the scarring. I think I am going to purchase the Embrace scar defense strips when it is time to remove the post-op bandages.

I nursed all of them and I went on a very strict diet for a year. I also walked, ran or did the insanity workout everyday. Diet helped the most. No alcohol...it messes up your calorie intake and keeps you round in all the wrong places.
After 3 months you should see the weight start to shed off because it takes almost that long for your metabolism to completely go into high gear.

thanks for sharing im going to try insanity . i also plan on doing yoga. im giving myself a year to lose 30lbs

I have had a tummy tuck, a breast lift, liposuction and some fillers in my hips. It hurts ladies, but it is worth it. Support is the key to getting through the first few days. Call on everyone you trust.
My breast are so sore and tender. I got saline implants of 350cc on each side. I will show pictures later.I'm super excited about my new body and I can't wait to finally buy a two piece bathing suit.

The great thing about this is that Dr. Colgrove listened to my concerns and has made sure my post-op results are exactly what I wanted. I look amazing!
I had four drains after surgery, but I am 4 days post-op and I had 2 taken out yesterday. The last 2 drains will probably be in for another week. I will post photos later.
I tried reducing the use of pain meds, but it is very difficult to do. The pain is a combination of discomfort, bruising and the incisions. The drains are ery uncomfortable,but I am able to chnge them on my own now
