Almost 4 weeks
WORTH IT$4,500
Have to say I'm really starting to enjoy the girls now. I'm so happy with the size I chose, fits my frame well. I'm starting to love how they provide shape to clothing ! They've definitely dropped some (my dominant side, the right, is still higher and firmer), and becoming softer. The cleavage is everything lol!!

2wks post op and the most comfy bra!
I promise I look forward to each morning for no other reason than I feel daily improvements since surgery, ie less soreness, more range of motion etc. However, it still looks like my implants are as high and tight as they were after surgery.
I had my second post op today and my PS wasn't at all concerned and said I would start to see more improvements after 3wks and (thank goodness) would be able to start massage and sleeping off my back. I am SO looking forward to week three !!!
On another note, I literally have scars, not kidding from sleeping in my post surgical bra it was so tight. Over the last week I have been looking for a good replacement. I tried True&Co's second skin bra and I could have cried it's so comfortable. It's truly the best thing I have put on post surgery. I definitely plan on purchasing another soon. For some reason I'm not eager to be professionally sized; I plan on waiting some months so that my implants truly have a chance to settle. Maybe that feeling will change but for now this bra (v neck in a XL ) is great!

I'm getting my bloodwork done next week! How are you feeling? Are you still happy with your decision?

Getting to week 3 is definitely when you start really feeling yourself again! Overall I'm doing really well. I am so happy with my decision to finally get my BA. The first two weeks are tough but by week three you will be able to really appreciate the look. I'm excited for you !

Hey congratulations! You look great at just 3 weeks. Sorry to hear about your surgical bra. Did they give you the wrong size or are they one size fits all?

No, the surgical bra is adjustable The only problem was after surgery I just felt pain/pressure and of course you have swelling. I didn't realize the surgical bra was digging into my sides (needing to be adjusted to accommodate swelling). Just something to be aware of after your surgery. Especially day two. Make sure you are adjusting your surgical bra so for post op swelling

Fabulous! Those look great. Geez I can't deny Colgrove does amazing work. I was so salty after my consultation with him because he didn't seem friendly but that man knows his stuff. I seriously might go with him after all. Please continue to update on the scar healing, because that's something I'm curious about as a brown skinned girl.

Thanks BonjourBelle! I had to warn others that he isn't exactly warm but I felt confident in his ability and the support of his team. I'll try to post good pics of my incisions and progress pics of how they heal over time

If you'd didn't feel comfortable with dr. Colgrove, Dr. Okoro may be a good alternative for you, he's a tad (prob 200) less expensive and based on the social media of his practices more outgoing. He also does good work.

Oh I'm scheduled to see Dr Okoro this Wednesday morning! I follow his office on snapchat. Thanks for the tip tho! The only thing with Dr Okoro is you have to pay $100 to schedule a consult :/. But the payment goes toward the surgery if you decide to move forward.

Hey Vanish66 Thank you! I am really happy about the size. I actually started at wanting to go bigger at 455 and by the surgery morning walked that back to 415 and 375 and think it was a good move for me. Can't wait to see them once they drop and fluff

That's great. I think they fit your body perfectly. I'm researching having a BA/BL.

did you go from a B to a D? or a C? whatever it is the size looks perfect for your frame. i'm asking, trying to decide what to do......the ideal implant is saline, did they mention any issues with bacteria or mold growing in the saline? i'm worried about health issues and thinking of going with a fat transfer but i know the results of that are long term retention you cannot go up but one cup size. ugh!! what to do! my main concern is my muffin top. thanks in advance for any advice.
