I ve learned so much from this site, I wanted to be sure to contribute as well!
My stats:
Current bra size: 34 B
Weight: 155
Height: 5'8
BWD: 14.7 (R) 13.7 (L)
Implant type: Ideal Saline implant
Implant size: 415 or 455
In May I went to a consult with Dr Robert Colgrove in Atlanta (Vinnings Surgery Center). I've gotten so many awesome recommendations about him and his staff so I felt really comfortable booking my surgery here.
The staff has been awesome, even with my last minute freak outs over my chosen size. At my consult I went with 455cc. Then last week I freaked out in fear this was too large. I called the office and they decided to have three sizes on hand when I get there; 375, 415, and 455.
Because of my BWD, I could go much larger but I guess it's the psychology of it all. I'm getting a BA because I wanted the padded bra look without the bra but I kinda don't want to relinquish all the privileges of not having larger breast (like really sexy lingerie in your size, couture dresses, plunging necklines without looking scandalous lol ). Still I'm ready to see how the other half lives!
The pictures are my before shots, and a few with 450cc sizers. Btw I'm so aware now that there is an art to getting a good boobie photo without it looking crazy. I did my best lol. I am also posting this reference my PS's office gave me about the emotional stages you go through after surgery. I thought it was really good info so I'm posting here.

Made it through!
Hey ladies ! I've made it through to the other side and I'm out of surgery! I feel like there is an elephant sitting on my chest!
Oh and yes my incisions are under my breast and they re placed under the muscle.
My final size I ended up going 370cc in left breast (which has always been slightly larger) and 415cc in right
Yesterday after surgery I pretty much slept all day.
Getting up to go to the bathroom and even trying to chew were and still are exhausting. This morning I'm trying protein fruit smoothies because it's way easier to sip then chew.
I'm still taking the morphine and can't imagine not taking it lol. I will try to update later!

Congrats! Glad you made it thru safely. I always hear that it feels like an elephant on your chest lol.

Yay congrats. Did you get a high profile? You are very close to my stats! And I can't decide if I want high profile or moderate plus. Can't wait to see the more pics!

Hi carlalorena ! The Ideal implant only comes in high profile so that's what I have. I have my first post op tomorrow and will upload some pictures when he removes the bandages !

First Post -op
My first post op went well. No major complications and the nurse said she can barely see my stitches. Ill take pictures of those soon and post. Other than that I was told to keep replacing steri strips over incisions with gauze every 3 days for the next three weeks. Pending no major. complications, I will have my next post op in three weeks.
Oh other updates,I'm off Morphine as Motrin seems to be just fine.
And for size I'm really happy so far with the size I chose!
