I met with Dr. Colgrove once before about a year ago, he was my "first". I needed to shop around a little while longer. I went with my boyfriend to the consultation, I was really nervous. Dr. Colgrove seemed like a kind person, straight to the point but caring. The nurse who was also in the room let me try on sizer's after I told Dr. Colgrove what size I would like to achieve. He suggested 450cc's. I was thinking around 425cc's but because I am going under the muscle I might lose some size. I can't wait to get the ball rolling. I've been waiting for years to get the procedure done. I was more concerned with how my family would react and surprisingly my mother was super excited. I plan on putting my deposit down this week. Ahh! So excited!! It seems so far away but it's only 58 days away!!!! I'm getting so nervous! Going back and forth between sizes 450cc' s, 475cc's and 500cc's. I don't want them to be TOO big but I have very broad shoulders and want to fill that large empty space. My pre-op is the 10th of December. I. Can't. Wait.
The thought of being able to wear a simple LBD and not have to miss out on "The One" bc I can't wear a bombshell push-up bra with chicken cutlets underneath makes me light up!
I will post some pics in about a week or so. I'm in the process of lean down for the surgery as well. Which is fun! Summer body in the winter...I'll take it ;-) Less work after recovery! 8-D!!

Hi! My surgery is on Dec. 8th and my pre op on Nov. 6th! I'm undecided like you about sizes. Going back and forth between 435's high profile or 465's ultra high profile silicone gel. (Leaning towards the 465's). Soo excited I can't wait either! Are you nervous at all?

Kw1985 I am nervous! A healthy mix I feel. Knowing to good the bad and ugly helps. This site really helps because I know my boyfriend is sooo over talking about it hahaha How are you feeling?! So close! Exciting!

Hahah mine is too. Whenever he comes home from work he already knows I'll be sitting on my phone lookin at boobs! Can't help myself though! It's become an obsession. So many things to consider. I am nervous about chosing the wrong size for my body type. The ultra highs kind of a are me a bit. But I do know what I looked like when pregnant with both kids. Big DD's and it was great! I'm just hoping they settle nicely and I don't look like a stripper. As long as I can down play them if needed, I think I'll be ok lol

Hahaha I agree kw1985! Obsessed! Way too many boobs on my phone, waaaaay too many. Haha I just want to be able to pull them out when I want and put them away when need be. You'll be fine trust YOUR gut and your PS ;-)

Yay!! I will. I'll post before/ after and recovery. I didn't see a ton of that with my PS on here but I know plenty of women who do workout regularly who have gone to the same PS. LOVE his work! Omg!
It has been a looong time coming! Merry freaking Christmas! It's a blessing bc of my holiday time I don't have to use as much of my pto for recovery and i still get 2 weeks until I go back to work. Everything is falling in place and it feels good! :-)

February 6th! I have officially locked that date in but they told me to call in December to get it set in stone. They don't make schedules that far in advance. I went for my consultation in June to see how much I needed to save up

Yay! Awesome! I wanted to do January but like you said they don't schedule that far out and she said Dec 22nd and I jumped bc like you I decided to save and now it's burning a hole in my pocket. I really want to be able to go somewhere and SIT for new years for a bit at least but it's doubtful. We shall see! Ee I'm so excited for you!

Did you buy your surgical bras there or elsewhere?
I'm trying to make a list of items that I will need for recovery. I think their surgical bras are $86. Right? I can't remember lol

Hmmmmm I'm not sure! I was under the impression that it was included in the price. That's a really good question. I will be calling today.
To answer your question though. No, I haven't purchased anything yet. I will, starting in December. If I do have to end up having to buy a surgical bra I will probably get the merana bra with the strap on it already. I think it's like 70 ish on amazon. I heard the walmart bra's are to DIE for too. Hahaha Who knew?

I just checked my consultation paper and it's 2 for $86.
I saw some really cute ones on eBay for $45 each. I never thought about walmart!!
Let me know what they say when you call, my consultation was back in June so maybe it has changed.

Yup! You were right! $86! Mine was a year ago so it makes since that they would change things around, nbd. Thank goodness for you though! I don't like being out of the loop! Glad I called again though a few things were wrong and had changed since my last consult. I'm still thinking I will go ahead and get some more sports bra's in December though. Ahh! It can't get here quick enough!

What size did you end up going with? I have to get mine fixed, so
I figured I'd go bigger, your measurements are almost exact to mine. They look great on you! I hope you got back to training, I had such a hard time getting my pull-ups back and getting comfortable with a lot of exercises.

Thank You! I ended up going with the 480 UHP unders. I'm a 34DD/32E. The E I got however is becoming too small now. I am back to training but my body reacts different than before. I'm assuming because my body wants to heal first. I have not done pull ups yet or anything that involves using my chest. I can't even do knee ups on the roman chair yet. It feels very uncomfortable.
