I'm a mom and grandmother who has always been very self conscious about my back side. I've had some work done in the past but the finishing touch was always going to be the BBL. I had it done by a Plastic Surgery in my home town but looking at look you would never know I had had anything done. He even wanted to do another procedure to help me have more definition. Another researching my different options, it was a no brainer that Dr. Andrew Jimerson could do the job right and give me what I wanted.

Best Nurse ever!!
cougarbootySeptember 24, 2014
Today is day 4 post-op. I'm a little weak and severely constipated. Dr. J's nurse, Renee Dries, is the bomb.com. She comes by the house and gives me my massage to help move the excess fluids. Her massage technique is awesome!! This is a must in my opinion. She also takes the time to address other things going on with me during the massages (like the constipation issue). I feel better knowing that she is on top of everything that is going on with my body that I would have thought wasn't that important at the time. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers that tomorrow will be a better day (like I really need to do #2). I'll post more pictures this weekend with a one week update.

First Post-Op visit
cougarbootySeptember 28, 2014
I had my first post-op visit on Friday 9/26. I was so weak. I couldn't even stand up and talk to the nurse. She decided to check my hemoglobin level. It was 5. She sent me directly to the ER at Emory Hospital and I was admitted on the spot. I needed a blood transfusion. I was feeling much better by noon on Saturday 9/27. I had my caregiver take me to Publix and Fresh Market to pick up some foods that help with iron levels. I've become pretty faithful about coming out of the compression garment and doing my massages. It's really important to do the massages daily because they help me to keep from developing pockets of fluid under the skin. I've also noticed that the massages have also helped to smooth out the back fat rolls. Nutrition, rest, and the massages are important in order to make this journey. There have been ups and downs for the first week but it has been well worth it. I got a chance to go out shopping and try on some dresses. My back side and curves are HOT! Nurse Renee told me that I won't really see my results until around 3 months. I'm in love with what I'm seeing at week #1!!!! While I was in the dressing room today I overheard one of the sales women say "I've never seen anybody curve out a dress like that"! Big smile.................
