I was the last in line for breast in my family so they didn't leave me much to work with. I've always wanted implants ever since I found out they existed. I would never have thought I would finally get them. I'm a 32A maybe -A. I hated shopping for tops and dresses because they were not made to fit the itty bitties. So finally after 20+ years I'm going to hit puberty by plastic surgery :)
So I am scheduled for surgery on March 30. I'm going with the IDEAL implant. Between 225-235 not really sure yet will be decided during surgery. I have some asymmetry going on so the different sizes is to correct that. I'm having bilateral submuscular inframmarry incision. I'm 5'7" 145. BWD is 13. I have deflation and basically want to "fill" them back up and add some projection. I do not want an obvious change.
I have learned a lot from this site. The main thing I would say is concentrate on cc and not bra size. 100 cc on one person can make them a B cup while the 100 cc on another person could take them to a DD. So try the rice sizers at home or sizers during consultation. And what ever you have already will determine what you can end up with. Everyone is different.
A concern of mine was if one day I wanted to remove my implants I didn't want my skin to be stretched too bad. And also asymmetry which was something I always hated about my lil bitties. I'm 10 days out and not really excited or nervous kinda feeling nonchalant about the whole thing. I feel like it's not actually going to happen. Well already had pre-op and just waiting on the surgery date. Will add photos later.

Hey lady, best of luck on the 30th! I just posted a comment on AC2forMe's review lamenting exactly what you mentioned above- it's hard to feel confident about the "right" size when the same cc's can result in such different looks depending on the individual body. I was definitely a pest to my surgeon with trying and retrying sizers, so I feel pretty good about my choice, but sheesh! It's a tough decision to make when you get to hit puberty by plastic surgery and choose any look you want! Wishing you an easy recovery!

For the life of me I can't figure out why I'm not excited. Then last night I started getting all emotional and crying thinking of all the bad things that "is going to happen". For years I wanted this surgery and now I'm like yeah whatever lol. It's like I get seconds of excitement and it fades away. I'm like why TF am I not excited????
Today I went and purchased a couple more items I need. Tonight I cleaned and rearranged my entire room :D got everything ready and set up. I think I'm nervous and detaching myself from it so I won't freak out. I know day of surgery I'll be in full panic attack mode and 2 seconds away from a stroke LOL.
List of items I purchased:
Pregnancy wedge to support my back from babies r us $15.99
Travel neck pillow for neck support while sleeping on my back (which is how I sleep anyway just not inclined) $4.99 Citi trends
Went to Dollar tree and bought pill organizer maxi pads (to protect incision in bra) ice packs both gel and ones you put actual ice in. Small trash can for car (for nausea) and a tote bag.
I purchased my surgical bra online from macom (you'll see picture of it for when I did rice sizers) $60 which included shipping. I didn't like the one the Dr had and this one sits a little lower on rib cage.
I also have some Aquaphor healing ointment from Walmart $12?? To help keep skin from drying out from stretching. And some shower care bandage protectors (just in case) $4

I think that's all I didn't buy and scar cream or anything yet since I won't need it quite yet. Now just holding for Friday. My appointment is at 1pm and I live 3 hours away. Plus I work nights so I won't get off until 6am go home take a shower and head out around 830. So that's like 24 hours with no food and no sleep unless you count being under GA sleeping lol. So I'll definitely/hopefully be knocked out after I get back home maybe around 5 or 6.
Pictures posted of my pre-op deflated mini balloons and also of the rice sizers I did to imitate 235cc in bra and tight t-shirt. Yeah one is a little lopsided but you get the picture.

Nerves on overload

Well they changed my time to 7a! As soon as she said it I immediately started freaking out. Reality is setting in and I'm literally shaking. On top of that my loving Aunt Flo decided she would come early. I guess she figured me dealing with surgery alone wasnt enough so she added? a dose of PMS. Thanks Auntie :/
I'm happy about the time change at least I don't have to be in heavy Atlanta traffic. Less than 20 hours to go!!!!
