I am 11 days post op! Swelling has gone down substantially and they no longer feel like foreign objects. They're not as firm as they were at first either. For the most part everything is good! The only issues I'm having is a little asymmetry and I have this shooting pain sometimes behind my nipple on my right breast....this one seems to be my trouble child. It's higher than the other and I get the occasional pain on my scar. The left one has been a breeze. I can say that I'm pretty pleased so far! I have my 2nd post op appt next week!

Don't really see a difference in swelling. I'm glad they don't look boxy around the top. Pain isn't too bad, only issue I'm having is a sharp pain on my right breast's incision site when I move a bit. Also noticed that I can only feel my left nipple, the right one isn't as sensitive....nothing unbearable though.
