Dr. Nelson Would FOREVER Be my Surgery Angel !!!

I forgot to mention that I will be getting these pancakes lifted sometime next year with NO implants. I am trying to enjoy a stress free, surgery free life for once in a long time and to get back to my former athletic physique for now.

I could probably write a novel on my EXCEPTIONAL experience with Dr. Nelson but I'll keep it short and sweet. I had 2500cc saline implants with another surgeon prior to seeing Dr. Nelson and unfortunately got the dreaded capsular contracture on my left side in addition to chronic seroma which might have been a result of a hematoma. So I decided to finally part ways with my implants with no replacements but my original surgeon failed to do a total capsulectomy in spite of my chronic seroma problems. Needless to say, I had to keep my JP Drains in for five weeks post-op and was seeing Dr. Nelson for my aftercare locally because my original surgeon is out of state. After taking the drains out, the seroma persisted and Dr. Nelson was kind enough to drain them via needle aspirations weekly but that did not resolve the problem so I had new drains put back in again and kept them for FIVE long months. Here is where my adoration for Dr. Nelson kicks into high drive - he was constantly checking on my mental and physical wellbeing via emails and would return my calls ASAP but my original surgeon couldn't not be bothered at all to initiate any communication unless I sent him updates on my seroma output. I was mentally exhausted and decided to have Dr. Nelson operate on me to find out what was causing the chronic seroma in May and what would you know? He found a bunch of scar tissue left inside from a partial capsulectomy by my previous surgeon so he removed everything and I only had my drains in for two weeks. For those concerned about scars, etc., his stitches are perfect! You can barely see my incision scars but I should add that I heal pretty fast and well.
It has been a very long journey and I am extremely grateful I found Dr. Nelson to get me through this horrendous experience. He would bend over backwards to find a solution and does not make light of any issues you bring up. He is VERY detail oriented which I appreciate because I am the same way and suffer from mild OCD so my anxiety can hit the roof at times. He responds to emails very promptly as well and is very attentive in person.
