Going to Dr. Lee was the best decision ever

Asian Rhinoplasty
WORTH IT
I LOVE MY NEW NOSE! Dr. Charles Lee is the best at asian rhinoplasty and gives an amazing natural result. My only regret is not going to him first.
I first had a surgery with another well known Beverly Hills plastic surgeon who also specializes in asian rhinoplasty. This other surgeon made a rib incision and head incision and didn't go through with the rhinoplasty due to calcified cartilage (he only does DCF). Calcified cartilage is not usually screened for and can occur for many reasons but I'm a young adult with absolutely no significant medical history. I prepared myself for a lot of surgical outcomes but never did I think I'd wake up from a rhinoplasty without a rhinoplasty. Also, you would think if this is a potential outcome..they'd check the rib first before cutting into someone's head. It would have sucked a whole lot less if I was only healing from my rib incision. Let's just say the rest of my experience with the first surgeon did not end well.
I found Dr. Lee and booked a virtual consult. Dr. Lee has the best bedside manner and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I was confident that he would be able to work on me because he has experience with calcified cartilage and uses solid rib instead of DCF. I ended up booking my surgery 1 week later. The whole process was smooth. My in-person pre op appointment was 1 day prior to my surgery. Surgery went well, recovery was easy with no pain in the nose and minimal pain in the rib. I had minimal swelling, no bruising, and other than the cast on my face I looked completely normal! I also like that I didn't have any splints inside my nose so my breathing was fine. At 1 week post op, I returned to the office for my cast removal. I was ecstatic even though it was still considered swollen. I'm now 1 month post op and the tip of my nose is getting more defined as the weeks pass. Going to Dr. Lee was the best decision ever. If you're considering asian rhinoplasty, go to him!!!
