Not sure anymore

I’m 4 months post-op, and my nose looks like it went back to exactly how it was before the surgery. Feeling a bit down now - it feels like I spent all that money for nothing. I’m also worried my nose will wind up even flatter than it was pre-op.

2 weeks post-op

Left picture is before, right is after (2 weeks post-op). The change is very subtle. Honestly, I would have liked more of a drastic change, but I still think the results (so far) are an improvement. As my healing progresses, I’m really hoping that my bridge doesn’t fall too much.

Asian Rhinoplasty with Ear Cartilage

I finally got the rhinoplasty I’d always wanted to build my flat bridge. I got this procedure in conjunction with a septal perforation repair. My ear cartilage was used to build my bridge and tip, and to close the perforation. I’m only a week post-op, but I’m very happy with how it’s looking so far. Swelling in the bridge seems minimal, but my tip, as expected, is very swollen, and it will be a while before I see the final results. Still, I hope that my bridge at least stays at the height it is now.
