Much less swollen and my bridge is more noticeably sharp these days. Still some numbness in the columella area but I'm so happy to be able to blow my nose (gently) and wake up without feeling congested.

Nose Progress
The front view of my nose is hardly changed, which I prefer. I like how the fat grafting to my face and lips are finally showing results! Nose is still very swollen from the feels of it.. there’s numbness in the septum area and columella but I feel tiny tingling sensations which means the nerves are slowly still repairing themselves.

I did not show Dr. Lee any pictures. I just asked him to increase my bridge and make my tip less bulbous. I think showing pictures is hard as the nose is very specific to one's face.

Cute As a Button New Nose!
I posted a separate review posted for the incisional (+ptosis and epi) double eyelid surgery I did with Dr. Lee. This review is for the rib rhinoplasty that had done at the same time and it's worth posting about separately because I LOVE my new nose! It's got a slight up turn on the tip just like I asked for and the bridge is taller but just by a fingernail's length (3-4mm) to give it more side profile definition. The only unforeseen pain I experienced is the rib recovery. For a good 2-3 weeks, I'd have to hold my right under boob down if I ever felt a sneeze or cough coming on or when I laughed too hard. Using rib grafts from my own body was preferred over donor rib or silicone.. the nose recovered very quickly perhaps because it recognized its own tissue. I continue to follow Dr. Lee's instructions for nightly nose taping and eyelid massaging and look forward to my nightly self-care pre-bedtime rituals. If you're considering rhinoplasty, rib rhinoplasty with Dr. Lee is the way to go!

Omg beautiful! I had a primary with him 7 years ago and he Had a different technique and aesthetic back then. I'm considering getting a revision by him. Reviews like yours are helping me try to figure out if I should!! Would you be able to share from the front view by chance? That's my main qualm with my primary nose job...

From the front, there’s hardly a noticeable change, which is what I wanted. I’ll post a front view during my 6 week followup on August 13 after more swelling goes down! Still can’t feel most of my nose septum area as of today.
