Asian Rhino
I had a rhinoplasty with dr Denton in 2017. The results are natural so no one can tell I got any work done. But sucks, because it’s not much different from my nose prior to surgery. I must not have made it clear enough of what I actually wanted fix. So that’s on me. The only real problem I have is that I struggle to breath now. It’s been 6 years and it’s never resolved. The tip of my nose feels congested all the time. I breathe really loudly now that even my friends/family/ bf comment. My nose even whistles at times. If I pull on my tip or turn it up a bit, my air way clears and I can breathe properly again. So I’m guessing he could have made my tip longer or turned it out better so I could breathe properly. I’m thinking if he did that, Mayb my tip could have looked slimmer. Right now it’s fine, but whenever I smile, my tip looks bulbous again. Anyways, I once came in to get lip filler done by him a year or two postop. When I confronted him about my breathing, he gave a laugh and said that’s what happens when you make your nose smaller. Pretty dick thing to say. He showed zero concern. He could have at least looked into it, explained what is causing the difficulty, and what other surgery he could to do fix it, because all I know is I can’t breathe as well as before and I don’t know what to do about it. I’ll have to get a second opinion. I solely went to see him because he was an ENT surgeon. So I thought, no way he would jeopardise sinus airways over cosmetic surgery. Boy was I WRONG.
