How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

4mo post: extremely uneven dissatisfied

The picture shows how uneven my eyes still are when my initial reason for the procedure was for symmetry. Not sure why I was pushed to do epi when it didn't make any visible difference. I was extremely positive the last couple months since I thought my results were great, but now that swelling has significantly gone down I can see all the error. My eyes have a lot of scarring on the lid which I dont care for but others might. My right eye has formed some kind of nerve sensitivity connected to my eyelashes since this procedure so whenever I do mascara or eyelash extensions there is slight discomfort and tickling sensation.

Asian Double Eyelid Surgery NYC

Had a revision surgery done by Dr. Kwak and he did exactly what I asked for. I wanted a higher, more dramatic crease and was suggested to do a epicanthoplasty on just my right eye to balance the unevenness.
