Before kids I had great boobs-I was a nice C cup and overall I was pretty happy with my boobs. After breastfeeding 2 kids I went from a C to an A or a very small B. I haven't had a chance to go shopping for bras yet so I'm not exactly sure what size I am but my 32C bra is definitely big on me....consult on Thursday! Here are some before Pics.
Anybody that has similar stats what size, implant type, and placement did you go with?

I had my consultation today. It went ok I learned a lot of great things. But she said the highest she would go is 325cc high profile. The dozers I tried were high profile and I'm not quite sure what I think yet. I have the pictures posted. In person I thought they looked good but now that I look at the pictures I feel like they look small? What do you guys think?

Go bigger, I just had 275 and 325 and I'm now a full C, is go another 50 to 75 more just to get that bit more fullness. I also had breasts similar to yours. The recovery is a breeze so I would go back for bigger in 12 months. Though if you are conservative and are happy with a C then stick to the recommendation. Good luck! You'll love having done it once they're in!

I did end up going bigger. I got 370 full profile silicone. I'm definitely happy I went bigger but so far my recovery is not a breeze. It's only been about 12 hours but this is some of the worst pain I've ever experience and I've given birth naturally twice and also had my appendix rupture so I definitely know pain. I guess my muscles were just extremely tight today during surgery so my surgeon really had to work my muscles. That's why my pain is so bad.

One of my pictures didn't post so here are both of them.
My stats are pretty close to yours 5'1-100lbs and (improperly sized) 32B. I just had 300cc Natrelle Moderate implants placed sub-muscularly on Oct. 20th...so I'm still pretty early in the healing process. I think my boobs had quite a bit more extra skin than yours did (breast feeding took me up to a DD cup, and I never really recovered), so I had a Benelli lift done at the time of my implants. So far, I am really happy with my result. I think I would have been content with a bit smaller implant (my PS and I talked about a size range of 240-300, and he chose during surgery), but I know I've still got some swelling and breast shape changes ahead. I am currently measuring at a 28/30DD. I wish you the best of luck at your consult! Even though I'm still in the "frankenboob" phase, I definitely feel sexier and more feminine looking. I really wish I'd done this YEARS ago!
