My meeting with Dr Harley was great. He is a kind and compassionate surgeon person. His bedside along with his staff is the best I have ever experienced. He never made me feel rushed and no question was offensive to him; he took it all in stride as I expressed some hesitancy die to some recent reviews. I expressed some concern after reading some recent ‘neck’ reviews inparticular on RS. He graciously talked through them with me and without hesitation. He handled it so well and i left that conversation more confident and reassured that this he the right PS for me. I also can’t say enough about Juanita and his nurse, Kelly. They were warn and so generous with their time and just really great to work with. They also referred me to Molina. I can’t say enough about her. I could never have done this without her. I know people also use other services in the area for after care but for someone like me who was budget conscious and in general find it hard for people to take care of me (I like to be a lone when I’m not well and not feel the added pressure of entertaining someone else and being concerned for their comfort) Molina was great. She was with me the first few hours. She picked me from the hotel, had my meds ready and off to Dr Harley’s we went . She came back and picked me up, made sure I was positioned correctly when I slept, had all my meds laid out with explicit directions; help me change into pj’s and as soon as I was fast asleep and she knew I was okay, she left and continued to follow up with me until the next morning where she pick me up for my apt to have the bandage remove at Dr Harley’s office. If you want her contact, DM, she’s very affordable and no min time slot. She was really amazing. She, without me asking, stocked my fridge with things for me to eat and would text me to make sure I was on track with meds, food, drinking liquids and sitting up properly. I felt like my sister was caring for me - she is a gem and I highly recommend her. I just can’t say enough about her.
