Like to start out thanking all the courageous ladies who blogged/reviewed their facelift experience with photos here. This was so helpful in helping me to decide to go through this scary surgery. As time went by looked more haggard, sad, sometimes grumpy when I was actually pretty happy. Cringed looking in the mirror. After years of research and reading, made the appointment with Dr. David Harley. I am set for Biltmore facelift and upper bleph surgery this coming Monday, May 19, 2018. Quite terrified and excited.
Here are my before pictures with my hair pulled back and no makeup, scary!

So still a bit loopy and fighting a bad headache but seem to be fine. Just very swollen. The scars seem pronounced which is to be expected at this stage. I am very tired. If I put on a hat with sunglasses though, don't look to bad. Here are photos of me 2nd day with bandages off, no makeup. Will be interesting to see how it looks when swelling is all down.

10 days out, still bruised a bit, not bad. Ears bothering me particularly the 1 ear. It was all swollen and then peeling. Doc gave me more antibiotics for that. Face still a bit swollen. Been taking it easy, sleeping upright and watching salt intake. Eyes are healing fine I think.

Looking really good. The ear is scary, but not enough to be a deterrent to get a lower lift for myself. Lol.
