6 weeks after surgery

It's about 6 weeks after surgery. Swelling has significantly gone down and ears are healing well. Now doing normal workout activity and sleeping positions, yeah! Small glitch, discovered that part of my stitches were not taken out at the office. It was missed. I had mentioned at the office, I was very nervous about getting my stiches taken out too. So here I was with stitch still in my front, left ear that had healed over a bit (It was scarred kind of bad in beginning and I was constantly keeping it covered with silicone tape). Just discovered it this week because the scars had scabbed, peeled and healing, so about 6 weeks out! Hubby had to take the stitches out since we are so far from office, not fun. A bit concerned about eyes too. For some reason my upper blephs had stitches extending to the outer sides of eyes. Seen other bleph surgeries and photos and they don't have stitches extending out. My scars are still healing there. It is hard to cover up even with concealer so not crazy about that. Hope that heals better. Probably more noticeable to me than anyone else. Overall though happy with the healing.

Thank you ladies for kind words. Yes, have been using silicone tape and scar cream trying to get the side scars to fade. Thanks for your suggestions.

Over 4 weeks after surgery. Bruises are gone. Scars on side of eyes barely noticeable. Ears are not swollen but still very sore and achy to the touch. Swelling of face has gone down more. Been out with my friends who knew nothing about the surgery. They didn't say anything, didn't notice a thing. I am kindof disappointed, was hoping for some comment after paying and going through all this. Now I am wondering was it worth it? Here are latest photos.

Your jawline is beautiful! Remember that we’re our worst critics. I had my surgery June 18 and I’m very happy with my results and I’m still swollen. I told a few of my family and friends, and not till they saw the before pictures do they really see the difference, and express happiness for me. So It goes to show you that they don’t look at our face the way we do. So enjoy your new look you look and should feel beautiful!

Eye scars barely noticeable particularly on the side of eyes though there is a bump on inner corner of the eye where stitches went through. Not sure how to get rid of that. Bruises are pretty much gone. Ears are healing but still sore to the touch. Face still a bit swollen but swelling has gone down a bit. Continuing to sleep elevated, watching salt. Slowly getting back into my workout routine.
