When I looked in the mirror, all I saw was the extra skin and fat hanging from my jawline. It just didn't seem that it should be there, but I had restrictions on the amount of elective surgery I can have due to my heart arrhythmias. Dr. Harley's Biltmore lift seemed like the answer and it was. I honestly can say I remember nothing about the surgery, although I was not under anesthesia. It was not painful, I did not get sick or nauseated. And recovery wasn't bad either except for a little fatigue for a few days.

Dr. Harley has a lot of reviews on this website and with good reason. He is a very kind person as well as skilled at this procedure and everyone in his office is patient and accommodating.

It's going well. I didn't have to take much pain medication at all and I did have a little more bruising than some because I am on aspirin therapy....but not enough to be noticeable. In fact, NOBODY asked me anything about scars or swelling or anything when I went out just a couple of weeks after the surgery. At this point, all I have is a little tightness. I would do it again. That's probably the best statement I can make.

Thanks! And yes, sometimes I can't remember what the problem was. You get used to it quick because it's subtle. But it does make a difference.
