They look great! Your profile is beautiful! Are you happy with them?
Thank you! Yes, I know they will fade a bit more, and I am diligent about sunscreen and keeping the mepac tape on. With makeup, you honestly can't see them at all :)
happyplace3 said exactly what I was going to say, "Your profile is beautiful!" You really look great. And, you're healing so fast. Are the scar pics with or without makeup? Either way, they look really good. What are you doing to take care of them at this stage, e.g. scar tape, gel, etc?
Thanks mama! Without makeup :)
Beautiful!!!
Looks great, so pretty! What did you do about the buildup behind the ears, if anything?
I haven't really done anything. Suggestions? :)
I was wondering myself, but according to Dr. H, just wash, no picking.
Yes. I left everything alone :) it was hard not to. Trust me!
Cojenni - what a stunning result. The incisions are nearly invisible and your neck and jaw are just perfect. I'm praying for a similar "after." Thanks and all the best to you! :)
Oh, you will ;-) Thank you!

Wow. What a subtle and yet incredibly transforming difference. You look amazing. Very happy for you, Cojeni. Thanks for the updates.
Yes, very subtle but . . . wow! You really do look 10 years younger (and thinner too). It's amazing. Congrats!
Money very well spent....you look amazing..
You look amazing! Do you mind to share a pic of your ear a day chin scars now?
You look great! Remember your sunscreen :)

Ear scars

I'm 3ish weeks out. Ear scars look good. I've kept the silicone strips on constantly.

Wow! That's remarkable healing time!!!! Beautiful
Almost invisible already! Your jawline is perfect. How are you feeling? :)
Thank you ladies! I'm feeling *almost back to my normal self. Rode my mountain bike yesterday...and could definitely tell I haven't for a while :-p jaw line still feels tight and I'm numb around my ears. Just itchy where my incisions are....which means the are healing.
You look beautiful. Love your jawline, and your scars are really well placed. He did a great job. Congrats!
Thank you :)
I've just stumbled upon your reveiw (I'm another happy Dr. H patient) and just read your review; at first, I confess that when I saw your 'before's, I thought "whaaaat? she doesn't need anything" but of course, since I've had my own surgery, I'm well aware that "need" is largely a non-issue (unless eyesight is blocked or something) and "would make me feel better and happier" is much more the point! And then I saw the 'after's and see what you were going for - very successful and I agree with those who say you look 25. You now don't look old enough to have teenagers :)

Thanks for the great review; you share a lot of wisdom that is pertinent and helpful to any of us, at any age, and you look so (much more) youthful and pretty than even before. Congratulations on the self-care message and on livin' it! XO
Thank you :) My thirties were no fun at all. I had a chronically I'll child, and spent my 30th bday in the hospital. We were in and out of hospital care for years. Then, I went through a really tough divorce. I feel like the chronic stress aged me lots, and I wanted those years back! So, I feel like, in some ways I did gain them back :) No regrets. <3
I'm sorry, Cojenni. Life really stinks sometimes (most of the time?). Sigh. I'm amazed at the wisdom you've gained through it all, though. Thanks for sharing. The best to you and your family.
Thanks! Life is pretty great these days... ;-)
Good to hear! : )
