2.5 Months POST OP - AN HONEST UPDATE

I AM happy with my results. Could I look younger? Sure, absolutely, sign me up ....but is it realistic? Ummmm no I don't think so. My results have undoubtedly softened, but when i look in the mirror I feel good about myself and how I look. I can still push my skin a "tiny" little bit higher and think to myself " it could be better" but when does it end? Lets face it, we are looking for improvement, we are never going to be 20 again. Now if I was a Kardashian/Jenner, maybe I could afford multiple, multiple procedures combined with skin treatments plus fillers to look as good as a Kardashian or Kris Jenner but I don't. I spent what I thought was reasonable price to get my confidence back and it worked. Now there are people here that went into this with completely unrealistic expectations with a face full of fillers, did a BL and expected to have a face transplant.... when it didn't completely change their eyes, jowls, forehead, and much less their attitude they blame the Dr. Puhlease! If you want pics I will share privately. Do your research and have realistic expectations, take lots and lots of before pictures. God bless, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

2 weeks 4days into healing
So it’s been a little over two weeks and I’m finally beginning to feel somewhat normal. What I mean is, I don’t feel like I have to nap mid afternoon from exhaustion for absolutely no reason. The swelling is starting to subside and the normal shape of my face is beginning to return. I do wish I had a sharper jawline but I just not in my natural anatomy therefore my expectations are managed to be realistic. I know there’s still quite a bit of healing but I’m feeling really good about everything so far. Both my cheeks and eyes seemed really off for the first 2 weeks with one cheek more swollen and one eye more droopy but it’s beginning to balance out now finally. My left eye is still a little droopier but I’ve seen improvement in the past few days so I’m hoping to continue to see more of that in the days and weeks ahead. No issues with healing from the lift or eye bleph as far as dryness, infection or any type of complication! So very grateful for that. My ears are still pretty crusty but I’ve vowed to be diligent about not messing with anything and allowing my body to heal itself. I keep using the mepitac tape religiously also Since coming back I’ve ben good to my body and been trying to eat healthy, in fact my bf and I have been completely vegan w the exception of one day this weekend when we had friends visiting d we tried some apps with fish and even meat. We’ve cut back on salt and anything processed so I feel like my healing is really benefiting and hopefully maybe even a little accelerated by our new lifestyle. I’ve also lost 7lbs which is a nice side effect. Posting some side by sides! Sending all the ladies that have yet to go the best of luck! And the ones on the other side a speedy and uneventful healing phase and recovery! Many hugs to all.

Msbeee - I truly think your results of your lower face look lovely, natural but very different than before - beautiful! I'm glad to hear the updates of your healing and that the swelling is subsiding for you at 18 days post. My face has had a similar shape to yours while you were swelled and icing it hasn't helped much. I'm ok with looking like an alien as part of my healing phase but hope that mine is finally starting to go down also in a few weeks. (or sooner). I hope your recovery continues to go smoothly and I'm really happy for you and appreciate that you posted an update!

What I've read from other reviews, everything is right on target. My eyes re sensitive and a little irritated but I believe that's normal. They are closing all the way and are really starting to look more normal. I think I will be very happy w the final results from all procedures.
