2 Years Post and I Still Look 20 Years Younger at 68

WORTH IT$7,500

I lost a substantial amount of weight and my face fell dramatically. I had a flap going from my chin to my neck and pronounced jowls. I had researched Dr. Harley extensively. Best bang for my buck EVER.

Beautiful , at 2 yrs and still looking great! That’s inspiring to me as I go in August
Thanks .... I could not be happier. I never had a jawline like this and I LOVE it.
Cross your fingers that your procedure doesn't come undone in a year I think you should do a search on this site of other Dr. Harley patients its quite shocking
Read my whole post. Don't condescend to tell me to "cross my fingers". It's been OVER two years and it gets better over time. I saw a LOT of his patients and did a ton of research. Sorry that you had a horrible experience. The short scar procedure is not a damn "thread lift". It ca't come "undone". Harley trained at Vanderbilt and he is one of the kindest human beings I have even met. My sister just saw me last month after a year and she said "How is it possible you look better than last year". Because he's good, that's why.
❤️❤️❤️
Well said. You look fab. Ignore the haters. There's always someone
You look FABULOUS! I go in next week, will be 68 next month.

Astounding Results

I lost 40 pounds over a year ago and the difference in my jowls and neck was pronounced. I had been looking at Dr Harley for over a two-year period so he became the obvious choice. I have always had a great jawline but it got lost over time and with weight loss. I loved the experience with his staff and just the whole vibe. He has a really gentle nature that translates well to bedside manner but his skill in redetermining my jowls and neck are pretty much unsurpassed. My life is markedly changed and I cannot thank him enough. This was the best thing I have ever done for myself.

You're owning your new look! Thanks for sharing your story and photos

You look fantastic! Dr Harley does great work!
Yes, he is also very sweet. Also, Asheville is easy to navigate and the AIRBNB's were not expensive so I had a small vacay before I had the procedure.
enjoy it now, it won't stay that way... I'm 2 years post and I started noticing after about a year that the jowels started coming back, and the scars from my lower bleph became more prominent and you can even see how jagged they are, not a nice even scar. I don't scar badly, but my undereye scars are very bothersome, along with the redness. between the space between the scar and my eyelash (atleast 1/4 inch).... which I thought the incision would be inside of my eyelash line..... oh well. I would do it again, the lower lift, but NOT the lower bleph at the same time-- I feel the swelling made the incision become jagged. He is a good doctor with great bedside manner.
I think you could do everyone a favor and put up photos of your jowls two years after the surgery. I waited a long time to do this, maybe too long. Everyone here wants to know how long an SMAS lower facelift lasts and they are certainly billed as a procedure that at least lasts a few years but I do think we continue to age. I think I just saw someone on this site about a year post and there was no distinct difference but she was in her fifties. I have actually noticed a little drop when the swelling went down but I expected that.
You get what you pay for. Why do you think Dr. Harvey is so cheap. His procedures dont last and the scarring is terrible. Look into dr. Andrew Jacono. Thats who im planning to do it with
He saves money because he doesn’t use general anesthesia. I’ll take some scarring for his jawlines. He is one of few surgeons that (I think) keep you looking like you. He’s my top choice when I’m ready, unless I find someone better.
My photos are two years old, the ones I just put up. Dr. Harley is a Vanderbilt trained surgeon. I am sorry yours didn't work, but for the majority of the people I know who have used him, including other members of my family, his work is by and far the best.
It looks great. I am going for a SMAS facelift in 2 weeks. It's supposed to last 10 years :-)

What did it cost? You look great!
It was $7,500; Everywhere else was more or considerably more.
Beautiful results! Congratulations!!! I did not know that about Juanita. That’s fantastic.
The work he did one you was one of the reasons I chose him. You look stunning.
Thank you chiseal, that is very kind and happy to hear my review helped. Dr. Harley did my upper eyes in August and I’m very happy with the results.
You look beautiful! He did a great job. I just had mine done. And yes, it's so worth it!
