Double Chin Be Gone! - Ashburn, VA

I'm 41 and have lost 40-lbs and dropped 3 dresses sizes over the past year, but still I had a double chin. I spoke with RN Amy Herrmann from Mountcastle Plastic Surgery & Vein Institute about the Kybella procedure. I was looking for something that had no down time, wouldn't break the bank and would deliver the results I wanted. Amy explained to me how Kybella worked and it was the right fit for me.

I had my first procedure in December, 2015. Amy had explained beforehand that even after my chin was numbed I would feel some stinging/burning when she gave me the injections. I admit it did sting, but overall the procedure wasn't too painful. I did swell up and for about a week the area was definitely tender. I had some injection site bruising but I covered it all with nice scarves.

I had my second procedure in early March, 2016. Again the site was cleansed and numbed before the injections. I felt slight stinging/burning during the procedure and for a little while afterwards. There was swelling and injection site bruising like before, but this time it wasn't as much so no scarves were needed. After both procedures I was able to go to work and continue on with my day with no issues.

I could not be happier with my results. I posted my before and after my first procedure photos. I will post my final results after the swelling is completely gone. As of today, I couldn't be happier with my results. I finally have a defined jawline!
