Nightmare - these people disfigured my body

I'll keep it short, as much as I'd like to rail on my experience. Surgery went fine. Post op care was bordering negligent. I would have to wait days for a response to a medical question, or followup 3+ times to get anything addressed. Had conflicting, unclear after-care instructions.

Had a lot of complications (openings, stretching scar and nerve damage) that I was gaslit into "wait and see" or it was my fault for not enough protein (not accurate) instead of addressing my issues. I now have 3" stretched scars, hypertrophic scaring and serious nerve damage that will have to be fixed with surgery. His response to my multiple raised concerns about the nerve damage was "well I've never heard of that happening" + blank stare.

Requested my records and surgical notes for months. After threatening legal action they sent over these "records". They were several taped notes to another piece of paper and an alarmingly sparse "surgical notes" and NOTHING about anesthesia. Also, nothing about the nerve pain I've been experiencing for now almost a year. These people disfigured my body, lost my records, and spent a year gaslighting me.

I'll now be paying for the revision (they did offer to fix it for free, but really... I'd be insane) and my mental health has been ravaged.


This man needs to retire.
