Brilliant from Day 1!
I have to say what a breathe of fresh air to meet a surgeon, who takes the time to listen to your concerns, and gives doesn't give you unreal expectations. Given he was doing an arm lift revision, he was fixing someone else's mistake.
He spent time explaining what needed to be done, and make sure I felt safe, as I was mentally scared from my last surgery elsewhere.
