Arm lift revision to fix someone else's mistake - brilliant from day 1!

I have to say what a breathe of fresh air to meet a surgeon, who takes the time to listen to your concerns, and gives doesn't give you unreal expectations. Given he was doing an arm lift revision, he was fixing someone else's mistake.
He spent time explaining what needed to be done, and make sure I felt safe, as I was mentally scared from my last surgery elsewhere.
I am so pleased with the results and I'm still healing, as my surgery was on in May this year. I want to thank Dr Katzen and his amazing team, to making me feel like I mattered and was not just another patient.
