I would not recommend Dr. Schulman to my worst enemy. I am devastated by these results. I can never wear sleeveless or short sleeve ever again. Major regret not to mention he will not revise for cheap.

No! The discoloration never went away. He said "best of luck to you!"
He sounds awful! My plastic surgeons (2) did free revisions. If it is any consolation to you they will get lighter over time. I don't mean to imply that they will disappear... but they will not be as dark as that. I had complications with my brachiolplasty, too. That is why I know they will lighten. I wish the best for you.

Wow! So sorry to hear this. I have the same issue. My PS gave me a skin bleaching cream. Maybe you can ask for that.
Omg ld be seeing another plastic surgeon and asking his opinion of why it's like that Then go from there and sue the surgeon that did this so much scarring , whys he getting away with it that's so not medically professional Do something go to medical Ombunsman

You definitely need to go to the medical ombudsman! Just think how many other people he is doing this too.
Did you gain any weight after the surgery? I ask because it looks like the skin was stretched and I'm trying to better understand what happened. On another note; the color of a scar isn't related to a surgeon's technique or skill level it's due to a person's skin characteristics/genetics. For example notice how some women have purple pregnancy stretch-marks and some have white, red, brown, or no color change but still the difference in texture and thickness of of the stretch mark. I'm sorry you didn't get the results you hoped for. I can't imagine how that must feel, sending you a hug from Oklahoma.
No, I didn't gain any weight. I actually lost weight probably due to depression. Hopefully one day I'll fine a doctor who is skilled in scar revision. Thanks for the hugs.
