Brachioplasty Arm Lift

WORTH IT

3 months after Dr. Agha removed my breast implants and used my back fat to make a beautiful small c breast, i returned to him to have my arm lift revision. Although I had this surgery performed 20 years ago after weight loss of 100 pds, Dr. Agha not only removed 3 more inches of fat but was able to move my badly placed scar a bit more under my arm . He lifted my arm pit and extended his work down the side of my chest, removing more fat and narrowing my outer chest. Dr. Agha is so skilled and a true artist. Being an artist myself(hairdresser) there is a difference between a good haircut and someone that can address lifestyle, maintenance, hair type ,face shape, skin tone and design the full package for you. Dr. Agha does that with the body..He is the epitome of a sculptor, a great communicator and a VERY skilled surgeon. Now, lets talk about the office, Desiree at the front desk can identify me by my voice, thats amazing as they have thousands of patients, Nicole the nurse has always made herself available to answer any questions for me& assist me with anything , Cristela his surgical nurse that prepped me for both of my surgeries morning of is so sweet, calming and reasurring that she will be with me all the way and Chelsea the P.A. is the bomb..I have been getting botox for 15 years and not only does hers last but it is painless. I have had her do filler in my lips(which i had before with a dental block and swore to never do it again it hurt so bad) gave me the BEST plump ,but not fake pout and on my last follow up smoothed my chin and the creases on the side of my mouth all without any numbing , no dental block and completely pain free. Lastly , his wife Shireen , the office manager and the kindest woman on the planet. She hand fed me crackers when i woke from surgery so i could take my pain meds..What office takes such care of a patient. They are all a reflection of this great surgeon and work seamlessly as a team....I LOVE THEM ALL!!!!!

Arm Lift

May 30th 2023 after healing from implant removal and back fat transfer with Dr. Agha 3 months prior, I had revision surgery on my arms. I lost 100 pounds,25 years ago and have had 23 plastic surgeries over the 25 years to chase all the loose skin.Prior to finding Dr. Agha which was in 2022, i thought i would have to live with the saggy skin and poor results of my failed surgeries. With years of pain and 9 prior breast surgeries, Dr. Agha removed my implants and utilized my back fat to build me a perfect breast on Jan. 30th of 2023. He intended to do my corrective arm lift at the same time but while in surgery ran into alot of scar tissue and felt it best to deal with my breasts and upper back fat and go in later to address my arms. I healed perfectly and 3 months later, we are addressing my upper arms. Although i had arm lift surgery 20 years ago , i still had almost 3 inches of fat to be removed and a scar in the wrong place. I am writing this review 5 days post op and i could not be more pleased with the results. Dr. Agha is a true artist, a skilled physician and a great guy.Chelsea his P.A. also gave me once again some botox in the forehead and eye area that was completely pain free and she is the best injector as well. Nicole his nurse and Chelsea at the front desk are great as well. Christela his O.R. nurse is so sweet and gently and eased my nerves once again. The anesthesiologist is a great guy too and i love that they dont have a revolving door of different nurses and anethesiologists that dont know you personally.I will be having my final surgery , a lower body lift in Jan. 2024 to complete this journey. I have a book being published right now that talks about overeating , weight gain and loss and being a prisoner of your skin. I highly recommend before you waste your time or your money to have a full body consultation with Dr. Agha to find out how he can treat your issues. He is the very best in his field of massive weight loss reconstrunction surgeries. Lastly, big props to his office manager and his wife Shireen that held my hand from beginning to end and fed me crackers immediately out or surgery as my antibiotic was stuck and i could not get it to go down. This office is the best!!!!!!!!
