6 week update
Everything is still going well. My scars are healing really well. Dr. Song is still impressed with the way my incisions look. The last of my stitches were removed today from my elbow and armpit area.
I started using Embrace Scar Therapy for new scars for the areas of my arms that will be seen when I make a muscle. I will be using Scar Away for my armpit down. The main reason I'm using two different products is because one is clear (Embrace) and the other isn't (Scar Away). Just in case I want to wear a tank top or sleeveless dress or top. However, I do plan on still wearing my compression garment until I go back for my six month checkup. I want to maximize my results.

Well I'm officially back to work. I actually went back 11 days post-OP,
I have an appointment with Dr. Song today. He will be removing some of my stitches. My incisions are looking good but I wonder when I can start to wash/rub the excess glue and stuff off them. I've been instructed to just let the antibacterial soap
run down my incisions; no washing/touching/rubbing the incision site.
Question: What do/did you all use to reduce your scar? And when did you start scar therapy? Also, how long?

Officially back to work!
Well I'm officially back to work. I actually went back 11 days post-OP, but ended up leaving my office and working from home. This will be my first full week in the office. My arms are already swelling. And my watch might have to come off before long.
